I love this place, and I'm so happy after my haircut! I went there for the first time after one of my friend suggested it! I had my haircut done to another hairdresser one week ago and it was a complete disaster! I looked like a monster! Went to tony and guy where Jacquie has been so nice with me and completely understood my needs! She suggested me the perfect products to manage my hair and took really care of them! She even managed to fix a too short fringe! I came out from the shop feeling so beautiful! I'll definetly suggest it to everyone cause they really listen to what you want! ❤️

Just went in off the street.. They fitted me in with an appointment later in the day. Receptionist friendly n helpful.. Stylist offered advice on style n colour. It didn't take to long to do n result was stunning

I regularly go to tony and guy to get my hair cut and coloured and since they recently reopened they have never disappointed! I have never left unhappy with my hair or experience. Jonathan normally does my hair and he is lovely and not only listens to what I want doing but inputs his knowledge and let's me know what is achievable with my hair rather than giving me unrealistic hope. I am always well looked after, offered drinks and magazines and I highly recommend this salon to others!

So happy with the end result of my hair.. I went in with dry hair that's always tied up in a bobble. The stylist gave me a conditioning treatment tailored to my hair gave me a good cut and an amazing blow dry.. Will definitely be going back. Staff were really warming and I have no negatives to report. Really happy with my experience

1st Visit. I was made very welcome. Andrew listened to what I liked and cut my hair accordingly. The result was outstanding, he is very talented! He is now ‘my forever hairdresser’.

I always feel great after my appointment. The staff are all really welcoming and I feel well looked after. Since I started going to Toni and Guys more than three years ago my partner often comments on how good my hair looks since I started going there. I started going to the Middlesbrough salon and transferred to Darlington once they moved, I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff. I would recommend you to everyone.

I visited the salon about a month ago and didn't feel like writing a review but as so many people have commented on my change in style.
I think it only fair to do so. I went to visit Jonathan and he encouraged me to take my hair short. I have a lot of volume in my hair so have always been a bit scared to take it short.
I am really happy with my hair cut and would like to thank Jonathan and the salon.

Not very prompt - 15 mins after appointment time I was eventually seen. Was a prior customer before change in management so not a good start. Offer a complimentary drink but no head massage which I've come to expect as standard in modern salons. Wasn't offered any treatments either. Not a bad cut but far from the best I've had and no consultation on how I wanted it styled. Not sure if I'll go back but will be asking for a different stylist if I do.
