The team are a small unit who are keen to offer a truly personalised experience in the salon, using the latest cutting and colouring techniques and educating all clients on how to properly look after and maintain their hair at home and at work!
All of our team have moved from other TONI&GUY salons from outside of the region.

I travel 19 miles to the salon which in itself should tell you how great it is.
The staff are excellent, always make you feel welcome and deliver every time. It’s not just an appointment, it’s an experience. Today the staff made me feel extra special with a birthday surprise - I was blown away and this is testament to how they treat their customers - service and friendship at its absolute best! Had another appointment with the amazing kerryanne today and as usual I left amazed at how good my hair looked! Having hair extensions in some hairdressers dont like to colour my hair. Kerryanne however loves a challenge! The colour is amazing and the new Wellaplex treatments that the salon are offering are amazing, smell great and have also restored the shine to my extensions! Also a big thank you to Rachel for giving my extensions a trim as they were getting too long for me to manage! All in all a fanstastic team @ Toni and Guy Darlington! Will most definitely be booking in again with kerryanne soon!

I can say hand on heart that the service and expertise you receive is the best! Not only do you get a fantastic end result, you learn and understand your hair type, and what products are a benefit. Jonothan has been working his magic on my hair for just over a year now, and without a doubt, he is the best hair stylist I have ever had. Had my first Toni & Guy haircut this morning. Wanted something different to my troublesome bob and was thrilled with the result. Short, neat and hopefully easily managed. Enjoyed the whole experience. Pleasant unobtrusive music, lovely salon, nice firm hair wash and great conversation. None of the dreaded "Do you have any holidays booked?" stilted exchange that i have endured elsewhere.

I was worried through previous experience walking into another Toni and guy salon, but from the moment me and my mum walked through the doors in Darlington we were very much welcomed into a very friemdly, clean atmosphere. We were greeted by a lady called Chloe who offered us coffee\water (still or sparkling) was awesome. The setting was beautiful. The hair stylist Jackie was cutting a gentlemans hair but still made us feel welcome. We waited around five minutes before I was sat down having my hair washed by Chloe (felt incredible) I could have sat there all day! I wanted my hair style like Emma Willis and that's exactly what I got. Jackie was brilliant and I couldn't thank her enough. Both the girls was lovely and I would most definitely recommend them to any person wanting their hair cut. Very professional . They definitely get a 10** rating from me. Won't ever go anywhere else again. Thank you ladies (p.s my mum loved her hair too so thank you!)
