However, your appointment system is diabolical.
I made an appointment for 16 December, 2 months prior, but was told I didn’t have this appointment scheduled.
I had to take an inconvenient appointment for 9th December, as nothing else was available.
Then today I get a reminder for 16th!

From arriving at the salon I was made to feel very welcome, the experience was flawless from the consultation and advice I was given on how to repair my damaged hair, I left the salon feeling a lot more confident. My hair looked and felt so much stronger.I have found my new Salon thank you .

I'm Always greeted with a warm smile. Issac is both friendly and caring, he has an excellent knowledge of hair dying,and Always goes out of his way to make sure I get the colour I love. I don't like my hair to look white, or copper in any way but Issac is only to happy to make sure this does not happen. The salon is very relaxing, and whilst you wait for your colour to it's job your Always offered a hot drink and magazine. Saks is my de stress time, from my caring role, where I can relax in a safe happy warm salon, it's Definitely my relaxation time. Issac Always makes sure my hair looks Amazing and checks I'm happy with it.

Lovely experience as usual with Gemma who is very friendly and professional.. I always love the look I leave the salon with.

I had to rearrange my appointment due to childcare and Sy was very accommodating trying to fit me in. I arrived in a fluster, rushing around after children as is the normal. However 2 hours later, a coffee and a couple of biscuits along with a fab haircut and colour treatment, made me feel a million dollars. Keep up the good work Sy x

First time visit to Saks. Booked in with Sy for highlights. He kindly explained my hair wouldn’t be able to take anymore bleach for a few months. I wasn’t being fobbed off, it was genuine concern for my hair. So took his advice and had a treatment and a cut and blow dry. Booked in for further treatments and hopefully il be able to get a colour in the next few months. I’ve never had a stylist recommend treatments and products. Thank you for your honesty and I will see you in December

Stylist are brilliant in what they do. Unfortunately Gemma who normally styles my hair wasn't available. So I went with Georgia. My appointment time was 10.15, although I was a little early, Georgia did a lovely job in washing my hair although the cut was quick I did asked her if she had cut it in an integrated bob she said yes, but the cut didn't look like anything like I had before. I felt a little disappointed. I phone for my husband to come for me when my cut and blow dry was done at 10.40. He also didn't even notice or think I had been in the salon long, to have anything done to my hair
I am disappointed in the cut, The cost aswell of £54 for the 35 minutes the time it took.

My hair was I terrible condition and I needed some help with it. Leah was so good and helpful. She was so approachable and sorted my hair out

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault anything. Haircut short as I wanted. I only have less than one percent hearing left and Sy made sure he faced me when telling me anything. It was entertaining too as Sy kept making jokes. Great service and will be going back again. Highly recommend.
