Marcia was lovely. Very kind and patient with me. She explained everything I was asking about clearly and with very good knowledge.

As per usual in & out for my six week cut & blow. Staff polite & no hassle.

From the moment you walk in the door your made to feel so welcome, my hair is always brilliantly washed, exceptionally well cut and styled and stays easy to maintain right up until my next visit. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had full head of highlights and cut & blow dry with Anita, and am over the moon with the result.
So friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning, already booked next appointment ?

Too many hairdressors don't listen fully and then don't give you the look you really want and you leave unsatisfied. So happy with my balyage, Callum is lovely, friendly and professional.

I’m always apprehensive before getting my hair cut because not many people truly understand curly hair. Katherine was brilliant and has cut my hair beautifully. The curls have bounced up with a new lease of life and the shaping is lovely.

Callum was able to advise me on style of cut and dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, it was a relaxing experience - a nice 45 minute escape from my normal, hectic day.

I looked forward to my long awaited hair appointment, finally finding the time to get to a salon. I had a great few hours with a lovely hairdresser, who did my hair beautifully and knew exactly what I was after. It was more than just a hair booking... For me I had some sit down relax time, adult conversation, nice surroundings with a cup of tea and and came away feeling and looking 100 times better than when I went in! Thank you!

Despite a rocky introduction to the salon today’s experience was excellent, thank you Calum I am really pleased with the cut and blow dry . I will return

My 2 daughters had their haircuts on 24th august at 12.30 (2 different stylists and can’t remember their names) both girls were treated so lovely and staff very welcoming!

Had my first hair consultation with Chrissie she’s so kind sweet, confident and know what she’s doing. I had my hair done with her today blonde highlights and wow she didn’t disappoint. The level of detail and care was extraordinary and she was an amazing listener. Her hair skills are amazing and I will definitely be using her in the future. Highly recommend her!!

I’ve been to Joanne’s three times now and I will definitely keep returning. I had my balayage refreshed after coming for the first time in December and I love it! I feel so pretty and confident. My hair looks and feels beautiful too. Callum has done my hair each time and is always so helpful and professional each time, happily answers any questions I have and helps me choose the colour and style. Highly recommend!

Lovely hairdresser. Fab cut and finish with attention to detail on my wild curly thick hair!! My hair feels so light. Plus I didn't have to go home and restraighten my hair! I left with shiny lite hair. Love it

I'm SO happy with my hair. As a new client Callum took the time to talk me through everything, giving me advice about what would work best for my hair. Chrissie then did my cut and blow dry - she listened to exactly what I wanted and the cut is one of the best I've ever had. My hair feels so much nicer, and Callum did such a great job of my balayage, it's blended so well.
