Joanne Hairdressing Poole

I am having my haircut and colour done at Joanne for a few years by now. First of all - the team is very accommodating, due to my work-life commitments I can’t book well in advance and Joanne always find suitable appointments for me. Secondly - all hairdressers are professionals and can do their job with their eyes closed. Assistants are “invisible” and very helpful, I always enjoy head massage and hair treatment. The background music is modern, but not overwhelming. Every visit to Joanne for me is like visiting old friends you can relax with.

Marcia always listens to what you want always gives consultation before and the finished result is outstanding very happy and pleased with my hair marcia is very professional outstanding service

Katherine cut my hair beautifully, giving it a lovely shape - not an easy feat!
She was personable and I enjoyed having my hair styled by her.

Love my hair, Kayleigh creates such a beautiful toner to put on my hair it's lovely! Also it feels like it takes no time at all for a full balayage, cut and toner. I always feel relaxed and happy. Thankyou!

I walked in on the off chance I could get an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when Alison said she could do it for me. I had a wash cut and blow dry and I have to say she did an awesome job. The cut and blow dry was exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be going back and requesting Alison again. Thanks for a good experience.

Excellent, yet again. I have to say everytime I visit the salon there is always a warm welcome and from then on in you know you're going to have a pleasurable experience. I have been going to Joanne's for many years and Marcia knows exactly what I want. Even if I dare to utter the words " I was thinking.." or "maybe I could..", Marcia is always ready to give advice and suggestions of her own. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and can't thank Marcia enough for how she looks after me and makes me feel I've been able to ejoy some me time being pampered and feeling good when i leave.

Brilliant as Always

As always a lovely experience. The junior who washed my hair kept a good conversation and swiftly delivered coffee. Mark,as always, gave me his full attention and,as always, a fabulous cut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wanted a dramatic change from my below shoulder hair to an inverse bob. Callum was excellent, he explained how he was going to make the cut work with my thick hair, checked carefully that I had thought through my decision (as it was a big change) then got on with a fantastic wash, cut and finish with great attention to detail, making sure the cut was perfect. All of this was enjoyed alongside friendly conversation, a cup of tea and great service. Will definitely be coming back.
