Another fabulous visit to the salon today and I'm so thrilled with my cut and blow dry, it looks amazing. I always come away feeling happy and satisfied as Marcia exceeds all expectations and does an amazing job. Everyone is so polite, courteous and friendly which is another reason I love coming here. I went to Joanne's in Poole for the first time in a long time and I found it to be great i got parked easily right outside the front door, which was good as it was raining. I was greeted straight away by Vicky and my daughter by Chrissie. They were both really friendly and helpful. We are both very happy with our haircuts and I really liked the salon too. We have rebooked for the new year.

Since moving in to the area I’ve struggled to find someone that can cut my 11 year olds sons hair the best, till we met Callum ? 5 stars from us!
( I’m Just sorry I can’t tip now because of the big price increase ) ?

Katherine is a really good stylist who always styles your hair exactly how you ask for it to be done. She is very friendly and always puts the customer first.

I came in for a walk in appointment appointment and could not have been happier, all the staff were friendly and very helpful and Chrissie listened and advised on my haircut and I felt very confident and came out very happy

Booking is always an easy and pleasant experience with the team always polite and flexible.
Mark checks in with what I want done, is always warm and personable and cuts my hair exactly as I want it. The cut keeps it’s style for a full 4 weeks, which is great as before I came to Joanne Hairdressing the style would deteriorate after 2-3weeks. I’ll keep booking in and would definitely recommend Joanne Hairdressing and Mark to others.

Chrissie is very friendly and advised me on every step particularly through having transgression colours through my hair, and suggested new products to try. Very helpful in everything.

Callum was absolutely wonderful - he took time to make sure I got the exact results I was after, and I am delighted with my hair. He is also a pleasure to chat to and makes the whole salon experience so much fun!

Jacqui is simply awesome and did the best colour ever!
But price increases now meaning it was£140 and I’m going to have to look round for somewhere a bit cheaper now.

Katherine is amazing! She cut both my daughter's hair last weekend aswell. Such a lovely tallented lady. She's a real credit to the salon. Both my daughter's loved her and we're all so happy with our haircuts.
