I so needed my hair cut after a long bout of illness. Callum did an excellent job even cutting my hair again after I said I really wanted it shorter.

I had a wonderful experience today at Joanne's.
Chrissie was my stylist and she really put me at ease. Friendly from the moment I stepped through the door and she really listened to what I was saying. Had quite a bit cut off and I am thrilled with the result. Beautiful blow-dry, hair feels and looks really sleek and healthy. Chrissie gave me advice about growing out my greys which is a huge step for me having been covering them for over 30 years!
I have booked in for a few week's time to have some lighter highlights to help with the transition. I have booked again with Chrissie as I have definitely found a hair stylist that I can trust. Thank you so much

Anita has been cutting my hair for a number of years. She moved to Canford Heath from the Verwood salon and although I live in Verwood it is so worth the travel time to continue to see her. There are people who are good at cutting hair and then there is Anita. She just has such a flair and cuts and styles my hair so well. You will never be disappointedj

Just moved to the area and this was my 1st visit ,was very pleased with the service.

I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. Anita was on my wavelength and the result was on the ball. So thank you.

I have had my hair done in this salon so many times before lockdown going back to 2018 with Tammy, she left and so I have had Vicky cut my hair, she is fab!. I had to reschedule my appointment due to illness and asked if anyone else could do a short funky style on Saturday ready for my Military Ball. I was told Anita is good with short hair, so I booked!
Anita saw a photograph of what my hair is normally like and she seemed confident, even to the point she took photographs of my finished haircut. I paid £60 for my cut and style, however… when I washed my hair I found that Anita had actually given me a mushroom cut! The front sweeping fringe was so razor cut that I have hardly any hair left and it is highly damaged! I am utterly appalled and have spent the weekend in tears! I have booked into a hair stylist to try and get my hair fixed before my holiday in a weeks time. I will NOT be returning to Joanne’s which is sad when I loved the service before Anita was let loose on my hair. I am happy to provide photographs for reference.
