Lovely to be back !

Very manic in the salon, was in the salon 5 hours, however wasn’t an issue.
My Daughter was pleased with hers.
Mine not really the colour I wanted but didn’t like to say as Terry seemed rushed off his feet.
Struggling a little at the back with mine as pleased with Bob cut but wasn’t aware it was being layered at the back and hair sticks out but will grow..

Amazing! I had enough of being blonde, so I gave Luke some visual ideas and asked some advice - and he went above and beyond to make my change of colour perfect!
So happy with my new look x

They have been amazing with the Covid safe rules . There are huge mirrors between clients, hand sanitiser and temperature taken on arrival and everyone wears masks.

Great to see Terry and the team back in the salon. Always gives good advice and is happy to go with my vibrant colour choices ;-) Friendly service, great cutters and colourist. The salon is stunning throughout and I always leave loving the transformation and feeling pampered. Five star service every time. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else after years of trusting Terry’s artistic flair. Absolutely brilliant!

I moved to Kent a year ago and could not find a hairdresser as professional and friendly as them. I have known the owners for over 20 years and had my hair done by them before they owned their own business, and will carry on using them for a good many years to come.

Terry did a great job sorting out my very dry,frizzy bleached (&grey) hair ! the colour was fantastic and it felt so much softer and more shiny after..I was,there for several hours as they were,busy juggling clients post,lockdown but overall very happy ?

Always do a fantastic job of colour and cut. Very knowledgeable, and trust them to do what is best. They are the experts when it comes to hair and I always happy with colour and cut. I would thoroughly recommend.

My hair was a complete and utter mess following lockdown. No style and horrible condition. Luckily Terry has transformed it into something stylish and easy to manage. I took a picture in for him and he copied the style no problem. Really pleased.

The salon is reassuringly strong on Covid preventative measures. All staff are consistently friendly in a professional way. Congratulations to Tammy who has passed all her exams, a major achievement through the pandemic & lockdown.

Ive been going to this hairdressers for years, well old one first then this new salon. I don't usually do reviews but this place deserves it, I see Luke and nothings to much trouble for him to be honest to put up with me he must be good! Seriously they are brilliant and that's coming from someone who is not a big fan of hairdressers, I've had a few bad experiences in the past so it shows how good they are, Brilliant hairdressers.

Tammy did a great job on my hair. She was polite and friendly. The salon was clean and tidy and stations were cleaned as each client left. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit and have booked my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Muir Chapman for years, your always guaranteed to get a warm welcome and brilliant service. I had another great cut and blow dry today by Nicola, can’t recommend them enough.
