I have spinal problems and leaning back over the sink to have my hair washed would not be easy, but Terry and Luke were brilliant and worked out a way it could be done.. it’s very rare I can get out other than hospitals and doctors so I was anxious, but I needn’t have worried, lovely caring and relaxing and happy. atmosphere in the salon. Had the best head massage ever from Luke and Terry had so much patience with me and was so reassuring cutting my hair beautifully. Going back on Tuesday to have colour done. Thank you guys and Tamara for our lovely chat. Highly recommend

As always Terry has done a great job with my hair, I’m really pleased with it. Everyone in the salon is lovely and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost after being in the salon for nearly 5 hours. I really enjoy coming in to the salon.

Lovely once again with good service and attention to detail

How lucky was I, moved to high Cliffe 5 years ago, lucky for me tried muir chapman, and have gone there ever since,

I was made very welcome and even though I was early taken to a seat. Hair was washed twice I think and wrapped up well no nasty drips! Style was discussed and then cut and blown dry. All in all a lovely experience.

Thank you for the great cut and colour, along with the friendly, professional service.

Took my mother of 92 for a Hair do, absolutely fabulous, she’s still smiling and checking I’m mirror every five mins. All the staff were great looking after her, coffee, care and understanding. Great place to go very professional all round.

Had a great visit - very happy with the colours Naomi used to hide the grey and tone in with my natural colour. Also a lovely cut. Very happy with the result.

The place is spotless and as Covid safe as possible. staff here are all so friendly- there’s a great atmosphere. They are helpful & courteous to everyone. Terry has done my hair 4 times now, and I’ve been very pleased with the result each time. He listens to what you want, and gives good advice on how to care for your hair. I really like the cut he gives- never too short, and easy to manage. This time, I took his suggestion on colour for highlights & I really love the way it came out. Of course, this comes at a cost, but I think it’s good value- you’re paying for someone’s professional skill and experience, premises, equipment etc
