Despite being surrounded by at least three Turkish barbers I choose to have a haircut with Francesco in Ferndown because of their professionalism, experience and commitment to their loyal customers. I have never been disappointed after an appointment! I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the outcome. My normal stylist is on holiday and Jo was with me today. Everything went well.

My hair seems to grow quite quickly and after a while gets to a length which to me seems untidy. As such, I have a regular appointment with Zoe about every five weeks to tidy my hair. She does a fantastic job every time and I am always pleased with the way my hair looks and behaves after. I have no complaints, save that I think the coffee served could taste better….

Excellent hairdresser listened to what I wanted and produced it with perfection I absolutely love the colour and cut.

My daughters first visit to a hair salon today and Shannon was amazing and put her at ease. She is very happy with her hair.

First time Zoe has looked after me as Carolyn was away but service was it's usual excellent service. Came out feeling fantastic and 10 years younger as only a first class hairstyle can leave you.

Carolyn always cut my hair instinctively she knows my hair she knows me, that’s what we all want from our hairdresser, her staff are welcoming polite and professional, the salon is light airy and spotlessly clean

I’ve been coming to Francesco Group for about ten years and would not go anywhere else! All staff are wonderful especially Naomi who has been doing my hair all that time. Staff are so conscientious, honest and just want the best for their clients, even if it means it takes longer; Naomi has even worked late to get me what I want.

Louis greeted me with a pre-prepared coffee and washed my hair with a scented shampoo/conditioner. She made an effort.

Jo has been my hairdresser for years - so professional, friendly and I always leave this lovely salon revived and ready for the next 4/5 weeks. Super salon with a lovely, talented team.

Today I was met by two members of staff ready to take my umbrella and coat just after a sharp unwelcome shower of rain.
I was offered a complimentary beverage which I declined but it was a lovely thought to be asked.

Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the lady who trimmed my daughters fridge, but she was amazing with her and when my daughter wanted a fidget, she was very patient. Her fridge is now perfectly trimmed and I plan to return for my own hair!

The salon is clean, bright and airy. The staff are are fun and polite. There is a drinks menu! My stylist, Shannon is very thorough, never makes you feel rushed or a nuisance. She is very knowledgeable and happy to advise on styles and colours that suit me. I am always happy with my finished style. She is very natural and friendly. It's not the cheapest salon I've ever been to but nor is it the most expensive.
