It’s always a pleasure to visit the Ferndown salon and Abbi never fails to make my hair look fabulous!

Always have a lovely experience at Francesco’s. Very friendly staff, hair washers included. Receptionist lovely too. Although still miss Kate. :( always leave feeling like a new woman!

This is the third time I have seen Abbie and my hair looks delightful. Abbie's manner is friendly and chilled. She is very skilled and efficient. When she washes my hair I can relax. I like that she thinks of what and how can be achieved. For example, I cannot use conventional hair dye and am currently on a reduced income. My hair is black with lots of grey. On my second visit, I asked if she could intertwine coloured ribbons into my plaits in the hope it would deflect attention away from my grey hairs. She had never done that before but was quite willing to try my request. Initially, the ribbons slipped out. However, Abbie persevered, thought on her feet and found a way. The result was I looked like a princess.

All the staff at Ferndown Francesco Hair Academy are professional and flexible. When I explained that I don't have much money, they showed understanding and DID NOT overcharge me. I would definitely recommend going to this hair salon especially this branch.

I have been coming to Abi for a couple of years now and she always listens to what i want and does a fab job on my hair :) Abi is personable and takes great care in her work. Thank you Abi and team!

After having varied experiences at other hairdressers salons since I moved here some years back I’m delighted to have found Carolyn.
Sometimes you just know that your hair is in safe hands :)
She understands my hair’s curly pattern, and really takes time to ensure the cut is as I want it.
Last time she cut my hair I was very happy with it and she suggested a colour for this afternoon’s appointment.
YES!!!! The colour has lifted and lightened my hair and I feel amazing. Also very happy at the 50% July discount!!!
I’ll be back time and again.

Love having my hair done at Franchesca Salon in Ferndown. It’s a real treat and the attention you receive is amazing and today even was offered a Pimms to drink which was a lovely surprise. Love how Zoe cuts and colours my hair and even having my hair washed by the apprentice is very relaxing so love the whole experience

Zoe'e was very professional and the colour was excellent. I was very disappointed with the Price. The advised prices are not what I was charged, £70 was a lot of money as that would make it £140 normal price. I did feel short changed as it was hardly 50% off.

Normally visit the salon on a Saturday but due to personal commitments Carolyn recommended a late evening visit after work.
Had a lovely relaxing time. Shannon coloured my hair with just the right amount of colour to keep it looking natural.
Carolyn finished with cut and blow dry. I always leave feeling really happy with my hair and all the staff make you feel like you’re one of the family. Truly amazing salon. Thank you all.

Zoe is a very taleneted hairdresser and easy to talk to. As a bloke with long hair I didn’t want to use a barbers so I opted for this salon as my wife comes here and is always really happy with the results. I’m really pleased with my hair it’s the smartest it’s ever looked. Everyone at the salon makes you feel welcome so it’s a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Carolyn has looked after my hair for many years but it wasn't until I started chemotherapy that I truly appreciated what an amazing stylist she is. From shaving my head when my hair began to fall out to now looking after the regrowth Carolyn has been so kind, caring and professional at every visit to the salon. She really knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. I always feel I am in safe hands with my simply amazing hairdresser.

Shannon, as always, was fantastic, she is always smiling and she makes sure that I’m comfortable as I’m disabled. She is a fabulous hairstylist and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Plus according to friends, she knocked 10 years off with my last haircut!! What more can you ask for:)

This was my first visit to the salon. Jo took time to find out what I wanted and did a great job of restyling my mass of short hair! She gave good advice on haircare and products but with no ‘hard sell’, which I appreciated. A bit pricey, but I feel worth it and have rebooked. Friendly, professional and a lovely salon (and cup of tea!). Thank you!
