After a great cut by Honey previously, Shannon transformed my dark brown hair with gorgeous pink highlights, Shannon's creativity and artistic ability, alongside technical expertise resulted in an amazing outcome.

Shannon created a beautiful colour that blended perfectly with greys. She always listens. The young lady who washed my hair gave me a fabulous head massage. Overall, very pleased. Francesco isn't the cheapest salon around but I always get what I ask for.

Zoe always totally nails what I am aiming for, I used to hate having my haircut but since I started going to Francescos with Zoe I look forward to it!

Had a lovely trip to the salon in Ferndown this morning. Danielle did amazing job exceeding in what I wanted. Very happy with my creamy highlights and my cut. Thank you Danielle x

Louise changed the time of my appointment to enable me to get to a friend‘s funeral. It was the end of the day but I still had a warm greeting, a brilliant haircut, and left feeling a million dollars 😀
