He makes time to ensure its a comfortable and pleasant visit. The guy on Reception is also very friendly and most charming, sorry I've forgotten his name! The whole team are lovely.

I came in for a total change.. which after a year of do I don't I, I decided to completely change my hair colour. Tia did a FANTASTIC JOB and I am totally over the moon with my hair :-) I love it. Tanya finished my colour off perfectly with a beautiful fresh trim and lovely bouncy blowdry. Thank you girls x x

Best salon to get your hair cut, ive been going to Tanya for a while now and have followed her from a previous salon! Always leave satisfied, the salon itself is remarkable, lovely staff always there for a chat or even a giggle! I love the assistants, they are always smiling and always welcome me with a coffee. best salon in Dorchester! thankyou x

Matthew always does a lovely cut and finish on my hair. He's friendly, professional, and I cannot fault his excellent level of service. The only issue which happened this time and also on a previous visit was the running time. On arrival I was told Matthew was running 20 minutes late, I expressed the fact this would put my day out and It was suggested by one of the girls to go away and then come back for a bit or she could look at what appointments they had on another day. This was not good customer service and unprofessional. In total I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, I was compensated by having £5 taken off of my wash cut blow dry however I don't think any customer should have to wait 30 minutes for an appointment. If they could get the waiting times down to 5mins or less it would it be perfect.

Lovely spotless salon! All the staff were very welcoming and my hairdresser was very helpful with helping me choose a style! Reasonably priced, best salon in town!

The salon is immaculately clean. Staff are thoughtful of customers' comfort. The colourist and stylist were both extremely professional and willing to discuss options. I always leave satisfied with the results.
