I had the best haircut yesterday with the lovely Tanya, great conversation and she knows exactrly what shes doing. Top stylist.

Ross on reception is always helpful and friendly. The salon is always busy, but you are treated like an individual. Matt listens to what you would like and takes the time to get it right for you. The staff are friendly and I find the whole appointment from start to finish a good experience. The app is great for last minute appointments .

I'd asked ***** to recreate a haircut I had done in time for my partner's funeral next week based off of a couple of pictures Dean and I had taken before. The result is in fact uneven, clumpy on one side and so poorly done.

I had never really considered Toni & Guy before but having had my hair cut by poor quality mobile hairdressers for the past 6 months, i really needed a "proper" cut. From the moment I met Emily, I really felt that I was speaking to an artist who understood my hair type, how it behaves, and just "got" exactly what I wanted the end result to be, rather than a hairdresser looking to just make some money. She took her time, explained what she thought would work best on my hair and I trusted her completely. The end result is the best cut I've had in a long time. I can't find a single fault in her work! You 100% get what you pay for here and I will not be going anywhere else.

Matthew is an excellent stylist...his cuts and restyle are always commented on by everyone as flattering to me and looking terrific.

An excellent experience as always. From the moment you walk through the door and the lovely Ross greets you right through to the wonderful haircut by Matt. As always my hair was beautiful but more than that, everyone is happy and it's a lovely atmosphere to sit and be pampered for an hour.

Great last minute appointment for a blow dry. Very happy!

I first called Toni&Guy (Dorchester:) looking for a stylist to cut my long and unkempt hair seriously short, Ross was amazingly patient (answering all of my daft questions extremely professionally without laughing ... too much :D) and recommended Matt. On visiting the salon I was made to feel so incredibly comfortable by every member of the team and my cut was absolutely AWESOME. Matt has cut my hair regularly since my 'transformation' and nothing is ever too much trouble or overly rushed. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt, Ross and the whole team at Toni&Guy (Dorchester). Cheers guys :D :D xxx

New to dorchester I shopped around for a new stylist and found toni and Guy dorchester really competitive with everywhere else. Cheaper than most. But great result. I'll be back.

Emily really knows her stuff when it comes to being creative, I told her she can do whatever she likes with my hair I just wanted a change. so we went through some styles and came up with a plan! I had my hair washed by the lovely apprentice who gave a lovely massage! I was then asked what drink I would like I asked for a latte and I got it very quickly after requesting it! Emily started cutting my hair and I felt confident and safe the entire time. when it was all blowdried and finished I couldn't believe how good my hair looked! the best its ever looked! Thankyou so much!!

I was impressed with the service given and was surprised at how reasonably priced it is, I have gone to other salons that charge a couple of £ more but have done a rubbish job of my hair! thankyou Toni and Guy Dorchester will definitely be coming back.
