Well first was going to do my roots I left it up to her experience and decide what was best so had these foils done instead colour is fine but the cut is not very good I’m all top heavy thinner at the bottom I mentioned it at the time and sat back down and she tried again but still not better am very disappointed and cost me £138. My hair is all!!! The colour is good but the cut no it has aged me and I wanted the front flicked like she did the first time but instead just hanging curling onwards down the side. I will have to find another salon.
Nina is brilliant! She patiently listens and advises each time I have an appointment with her. I am always so pleased with the results. I love the calm atmosphere in the salon. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely visit to Francesco hair salon in Christchurch today. Sarah the manager always does my hair beautifully. She really understands natural curly hair. Today she shampooed me and gave me a lovely head massage with a treatment for my hair. As usual she cut my hair perfectly. I left feeling 10 feet tall and really relaxed. All the staff are friendly.

Sarah has been my stylist for years but today she cut my little boys (14 months) hair. It was his first hair cut. She was incredibly patient with my fidgety, slightly uneasy little one but once we got him settled (with some CBeebies on the phone) she wizzed around and gave him a beautiful cut. I was even given some of his snipped off little locks in a named and dated bag. Great service from Sarah and all the ladies in the salon as always.
