I had a lovely visit to Francesco hair salon in Christchurch today. Sarah the manager always does my hair beautifully. She really understands natural curly hair. Today she shampooed me and gave me a lovely head massage with a treatment for my hair. As usual she cut my hair perfectly. I left feeling 10 feet tall and really relaxed. All the staff are friendly.

I am never disappointed when I go to francescos in Christchurch. From reception to the shampoo - friendly and attentive - to Sarah who always delivers the best haircut, provides great advice and always consistently producing great results. I would highly recommend francescos you will not be disappointed

I was very impressed with the care and cut when I came for the first time today.

I saw Hannah for root colour. Obviously she's my daughter so is fab but the atmosphere in the salon was friendly and relaxed with great support for Hannahs training. Very happy with my hair! Would recommend a visit and for consideration for seeing one the lovely apprentices.

It was an absolute delight. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. So welcoming and kind. Really pleased with my hair.

Sarah has been my stylist for years but today she cut my little boys (14 months) hair. It was his first hair cut. She was incredibly patient with my fidgety, slightly uneasy little one but once we got him settled (with some CBeebies on the phone) she wizzed around and gave him a beautiful cut. I was even given some of his snipped off little locks in a named and dated bag. Great service from Sarah and all the ladies in the salon as always.

The lovely young lady who shampooed was jingling all the way as her Christmas jumper had bells on it. I thought it great fun. Lovely pink toner and beautiful hair cut by Sarah. Hope you all a have a great Christmas and a happy new year

I have had excellent cut in a very friendly social able salon

Loved the look since the refurb! It all feels very high end and luxurious! Also really appreciated the great coffee and biscuits and how they were presented…very naughty but nice!! Sian was, as always, professional and attentive. She has always understood my needs and wishes and offered such great advice and guidance. I have had so many experiences over the years where I have been disappointed with my hair because the hairdresser decided to do their own thing and not listened to anything I have said. I do think that it is not only because Sian is caring but also a testament to her skill. She really is a very talented hairdresser. Also whenever I have visited the salon the rest of the staff there have been so friendly and helpful. It is clear that this is a really great team and that everyone has respect for each other. I think that if you want to show an example of how a good salon is run this is the salon to showcase!

We all have boundaries with our hair and mine is fine in texture and such a boring colour, but with Sara’s expert skill and knowledge I always leave with perfect hair that stays perfect for weeks! It an investment that’s worth every penny I have had so many lovely comments from strangers as well as people I know I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The salon team are lovey and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Sarah and your great team.
