Visited the salon today wanting a drastic change of style - shoulder length to pixie cut. Sian discussed it fully with me, we looked at lots of photos together so she was sure she knew what I wanted. She offered lots of advice and put me as ease. Came out a very happy lady with a fab new look

Nina worked very hard managing new staff and all the work experience girls on her own. I wasn’t feeling very chatty, but Sarah picked up on it. We chatted a little. We had a good consultation about my hair Which was nice. She gave me an excellent shampoo and a lovely massage with my treatment. My hair was fabulous just what I wanted. She is great with my natural curly hair. The salon itself is warm and inviting, within minutes of walking through the door I had a lovely cup of tea served alongside a biscuit and some water. I was taken to the chairs by Sarah and she consulted with me on what I was aiming for. I was a bit unsure of how I was going to achieve the look I was describing, but Sarah seemed to know exactly what was needed and the result was stunning. If you need someone with a real talent and creative flair to do your hair then book in here! All the stylists would regularly consult with eachother as a team and clearly have a special bond, which creates a lovely atmosphere too. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing Sian is the best hairstylist I have ever had and I’ve had loads. Her highlights are incredible so even and no yellow or orange anywhere. Just hope she doesn’t leave as don’t know what I would do.

Well first was going to do my roots I left it up to her experience and decide what was best so had these foils done instead colour is fine but the cut is not very good I’m all top heavy thinner at the bottom I mentioned it at the time and sat back down and she tried again but still not better am very disappointed and cost me £138. My hair is all!!! The colour is good but the cut no it has aged me and I wanted the front flicked like she did the first time but instead just hanging curling onwards down the side. I will have to find another salon.
Nina is brilliant! She patiently listens and advises each time I have an appointment with her. I am always so pleased with the results. I love the calm atmosphere in the salon. Highly recommended.
