Friendly atmosphere.

Always a good cut, responsive to requests, ideas for changes and always interesting conversation. He's a real asset to the salon.

As always, Annabelle cut my hair perfectly, even with me asking for a new style. Always happy with the result and this time was no different. The refurbishment looks great and staff are always friendly and helpful.

My hair was done perfectly. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back soon!

Dan, Anabelle and the girl who washed my hair are awesome, lovely friendly team and amazing at what they do.

Dan gave me amazing highlights and low lights and Anabelle cut my hair lovely, would definitely recommend them all.

Fraser was fabulous as usual, did a smashing job cutting my hair and taming it! Tried to remember his advice about hairdryers & brush sizes although I thought size didn’t matter? All in all, very pleased with my hair so thankyou Fraser and everyone at Toni & Guy. :)

I had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and left with a beautiful hair cut, exactly as we had talked about before. Warren kindly showed me how to style my hair in the way that I like at home, giving useful hints and tips. I left with a huge smile (under my mask), I am very grateful for both my lovely relaxing hair wash and beautiful cut! Thank you!

Really happy with my new haircut stylist was professional and friendly

I had my usual cut & blow dry wearing a mask throughout. I noticed the noise level was higher, this was due to everyone having to spark louder through their masks to be heard. Despite that it was enjoyable as ever. Good wash, good cut & left feeling good with my hair as I wanted it. A good job by Annabelle as always!

Fraser delivered again today, and we sorted out the worlds politics at the same time!

Dan always listens, along with being so amazingly good at what he does.

I travel 70 miles to have my hair cut and styled by Eloise, she certainly knows her stuff gives good advice and I always come away with a very professional cut.

BRILLANT - love my colour. Exactly what I asked for

So disappointed with my sons haircut.
Not only was it nothing like we asked but it was also the worst cut I’ve ever seen, not even straight. After paying adults prices as they weren’t doing the child’s half price discount I’m shocked & appalled that a £50 child’s cut was so awful.
I emailed twice requesting a call back by the salon but didn’t even receive an acknowledgment.

After Months of waiting it was a pleasure to get an appointment post lockdown. The salon was clean and safe feeling generally and We weee lucky enough to have the downstairs room to ourselves. Jimmy always does a fantastic cut but it felt especially great after this time . He is a pleasure to talk to and having been his client for years he makes me feel very comfortable. I am a very happy customer

Very quick visit from start to finish I felt the hairdresser was rushing and not taking enough care. Shorter cut than I wanted.

I had my balayage done by Eloise and I absolutely love it! She was lovely and bubbly and my hair is now perfection. Thank you so so much!

I sometimes feel slightly anxious going to have my hair done but when I’m there I love it. Dan is the only person who has coloured my hair, ever. He is such a lovely human being. He asks me how I found the colour previously and talks through the colour when I visit. He updates me on the up to date techniques used.
Eloise has cut my hair a couple of times and I will stick with her. She’s interested and gives her opinion which I really like. She is a lovely person too. So nice.. I think with both of them they are just nice people who actually want you to be happy with your hair. They’re not judgemental and make you feel so welcome. I don’t know if the lady at reception was called Gemma today but she really is lovely also. Takes an interest in you and your hair with a lovely smile and kind word. These are the reasons I don’t go anywhere else. So thank you all three of you today for transforming my hair and just being nice especially in the current circumstances. Thank you also Eloise for giving my daughter a lovely hair cut. Stay well
