I’ve been having my hair cut at Tony and Guy Bmth for a number of years now but only recently started having a colour aswell. The service is always outstanding, no waiting around, nothing us too much trouble and always with a smile. No matter what picture I take in, Jimmy, Fraser or Dan always manage to recreate it in a way that suits me. Well worth the expense having that security that you will be happy with the results.

DAN was amazing as normal. I love my hair and he did everything I asked for - will def keep on re- booking he is amazing!!

The person that washed and dried my hair though was a bit hit and miss. The hairdryer was way too hot and my hair was very frizzy throughout. Shame after such an amazing colour

Annabelle cut my hair today and I’ve an amazing cut and one that looks exactly as the picture. Annabelle is funny, clever and a great hairdresser. I shall be back.

I have got a great haircut from Fraser. Everything is done on time and well operated. However, I am a bit concerned about the price. But good quality is worth it.

When I previously visited I received discount on colour and cut but his time only the cut which made it that much more expensive! The hair looks fantastic! Staff wonderful! The new renovation is lovely.

Having used another branch of Toni & Guy for over 4 years, I felt optimistic about my appointment for a cut and blow dry. However, I was very disappointed. My hairdresser and many others didn’t wear masks. There wasn’t a barrier between me and another client. The hair wash was poor and the blow dry following the cut was very average. I had to put rollers in my hair the following day for body. I wasn’t offered hair tongs or a mirror to see the back of my hair. I have cancelled a further appointment.

So great to be back. Fraser did a fabulous cut & blow dry and the Salon looked great after its refurb. Came away walking on air xx

Fraser worked his magic on my hair which had not been cut for a year. He listened, was patient and a great conversationalist. Everything was good about my visit from reception to the girl who washed my hair who gave a lovely head massage. I’ll definitely be back.

After covid lockdown it was great to get back with my friends at this great newly refurbished town centre salon! Dan turned my grey hair blond again and his cheerful personality and expertise were like abreath of fresh hair after months of lockdown! Then on to Frazer for acomplete restyle! He cheers me up with his wicked sense of fun and his youthful outlook on life! The restyle has been greatly admired and i am already looking forward to my next visit! It is a great team at Bournemouth Toni and Guy and Ali and all the staff always make me feel very welcome! Well done Guys!

Post lockdown colour and much needed cut.Thank you so much to my longstanding hero’s Dan and Fraser who brought my hair back to life !Busy but nice atmosphere .The backwash is somewhat spa like.I bought some new products and received a kerastase Reed diffuser.Came out a happy customer.Bournemouth salon has definitely got its spark back .Dan is a genius colourist but please don’t tell anyone as I don’t want the secret let out.Expensive but worth it .Tried and tested for approx 15years plus.

It was wonderful returning to the Salon post lockdown after the Grand Opening on Friday 16th April 2012. The Salon is fabulous and had a total refurbishment it is very contemporary with very high end features. Thank you to Warren at Toni & Guy Bournemouth for the fantastic Cut & Blow dry.

Big thanks to Ali for working his magic again after 4 months of no colour my hair has now been completely transformed again. The new refurb of the salon looks amazing, a really luxury feel to it and definitely adds to the whole experience.

My colour is always done to perfection Dan just gets it right he is the best.

I was welcomed warmy, coat taken and I was so relaxed! Despite being busy they wanted to make sure you were okay! Very chatty, Ali was great at colouring my hair! Finally went bright ginger like I've always wanted and he was so happy to help! Then Tom washed and styled my hair to perfection! Get service for a great price!

Dan did the colour, he was amazing as always, fabulous friendly service.

Toni & Guy Bournemouth are fantastic. Ali does my colour/highlights and Fraser cuts my hair. I always leave feeling very happy. All the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend them, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I am always blown away by the brilliant service I receive when visiting this salon. I received excellent advice along with a much needed and beautiful hair makeover.

Everything was very good. Except for the new sinks. I had a very sore neck after the hair wash and for about 24hrs after. The sink seems to go down when the person was washing my hair. It was very uncomfortable.

My roots and highlights needed sorting and Ali did an amazing job - as always. My hair looks great. The salon is clean and everyone is warm and friendly.

It was a great experience in the newly styled salon. Fraser knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. It was a really ‘normal’ time!

I was so happy with the result! Thank you so much to Rich and team, exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!
