Fantastic hair cut as usual but thought that the unexpected price rise was cheeky. £7.00 which was of course the cost of PPE gown, mask etc. Did you think we wouldn’t notice?

The guys who bleached my hair was nice, however my roots are very mismatched with the rest of my hair and it's embarrassing me now. He should have dyed my roots better, I don't want to go back and pay more money to dye my roots again!! This should've been done before...

I didn't say anything before as I was just waiting for my hair to dry and thought it would look better once dry, but it honestly looks terrible and I'm very self conscious about it... i would appreciate it if someone called me back. I paid so much money for this and expect this courtesy at the very least...

Colour brilliant as always

The Covid arrangements were very well thought out. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Best of all, Annabelle rescued me from my mad lockdown mop of hair.

Dan is the most amazing colourist ever l have always found him to be professional funny and absolutely the best in the business he rescued my self induced hair disaster from lockdown with humour and calm he is an absolute genius

I was really pleased with my hair cut today. So glad that I took Annabelle's advice and went for a new style. Annabelle was lovely too, easy to chat with. I had lots of compliments when I got home.

Was my first haircut since lockdown so was a bit nervous as didn’t know what to expect. Everything went smoothly and the environment felt very safe. Fraser was very welcoming & friendly which helped me relax. He did a great job and I was very pleased with the result. Will definitely be back

Ali always listens and understands exactly what I want. I’m not a huge fan of the full head of highlights look and Ali always comes up with other techniques to make me blonder. My hair has never looked and felt this good THANK YOU!

My experience at Toni & Guys was brilliant as always all thanks to my usual stylist Warren and all your other staff too. I have had my hair done at various Toni & Guys salons for many years the last 10 plus years at Bournemouth. With the coronavirus pandemic like most people I’m sure it has made me a little nervous to do things that I would normally do without thinking like going to the hairdressers. My mind has been put at ease!!!!! Your Bournemouth salon was very professional in this strange situation we all find ourselves in. I felt very safe and protected and enjoyed my experience as always. The Bournemouth branch is a credit to your group and have handled this situation very well and very professionally with the PPE and hygiene etc. I would like to thank Warren and all the other staff including receptionist’s for making me feel safe.

Both Dan and Fraser were very reassuring that efficient systems were in place, asking several times if I felt safe and confident in the practicalities of my visit. They made time to discuss my hair styling to ensure i would be happy with the changes and outcome as usual.
