My seven year old daughter had a cut and blow dry and they looked after her brilliantly. She loved the experience and her hair looked lovely. Highly recommend.

Overpriced by miles for a blow dry they didn't even straighten properly

I have been a customer of Toni & Guy Bournemouth for many years, they always fit me in when I call. I am always delighted with the service. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly and say hello to me by name when I walk into the salon, I feel very valued as a customer. They have seen my children grow up and heard my stories about my family and life over the years. I have had the pleasure of knowing Dan Clarke as my hairdresser during this time he is a really lovely person and has a wonderful personality he is amazing at colouring and technical work and my hair always looks fabulous. The Salon is the best in Bournemouth and recently had a complete refit and it is very high end and luxurious with the most wonderful orange glass hanging lamp shades modern style stone work on the walls, a separate secluded area with 3 basins, with chairs with feet rests, ambient low lighting, where you can relax lie back put your feet up and enjoy a wash and shampoo & condition, various treatments and head massage, lovely reception area, 3 velvet chairs in different colours and a wall of shelves filled with products, plenty of with stations for the stylists, the backstage Team are all fantastic as well, offering complimentary drinks coffee teas latte cappuccino, prosecco, all staff are highly trained, My finish was by the lovely Deborah from Sardinia who gave me a fabulous wavy blow dry. The salon is ambient and stylish and contemporary the products are all of the highest quality and excellent value for money. My eldest daughter Verity had her first haircut in this salon, she also did 2 weeks work experiencest 16 years old and she's now 21 and my youngest daughter Elysia is 18 and we are all customers of Toni and Guy Bournemouth. Thank you to Ali & Annabel & Team. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Toni and Guy In Bournemouth for 19 years. Dan has been colouring my hair for the last year. I cannot emphasise how talented he is as a colour technician. He is so friendly and caring and my hair is exactly the perfect colour for me
Fraser has been cutting my hair for a few years now and he too is always charming and friendly. He has created the perfect style for me.
I love the new decoration of the salon.
I can truly say the whole experience at Toni and Guy is happy and satisfying. I would highly recommend to everyone

Cut and blow dry

One side is longer than the other. Everyone polite and friendly. A lot of hair over the floor cleaning was not done the night before. I normally love my hair cuts here it’s a shame to be honest.

I’ve been a regular customer for over 2 years. All the staff are friendly and professional. I always leave feeling happy!

Mark was amazing from start to finish. I’ve had quite a few hair disasters and have bad anxiety about going usually.
He walked me through every bit so I knew exactly how much was being taken off. We walked through the last year of my hair so understood where my hair was at. I felt totally at ease and he made it a much more enjoyable experience! The salon looks great too and staff are very friendly

I used to go to Mark in Reading and I moved to Somerset . So when Mark moved to Bournemouth I went to the salon there. Love the way he cuts my hair and he understands my hair. Always happy when I come out.

Toni and Guy Bournemouth is normally my salon of choice, I always have a lovely time getting my hair cut there, it feels like a real pamper. However I recently got my hair cut and didn't really feel that way afterwards...

So I arrived for my appointment around 5 minutes early, they put me in a chair straight away but I then had to wait for around 15 minutes after my appointment time for a hairdresser to come over initially. Also- bearing in mind the shop was pretty much empty with only 2 other clients in there and quite a few staff, I was a bit confused as to why it took so long.

After she asked me what I wanted done (just a trim of the dead ends) I went over to get my hair washed (all was fine here, the best bit of the experience actually). When she was about to start cutting it she said she had to go to another client (she basically had two appointments running at once) which meant I had to wait even longer!
She then cut my hair quite quickly (didn't really talk much which is one of the reasons why I love T&G, the friendliness of the staff), dried it and when I asked if she could style it for me she was like 'oh I'll just get a junior to do it for you'. Don't get me wrong I am all for training on the salon floor but this junior obviously hadn't curled hair that much before, they kept dropping the curls off the tong and they didn't even stay in for the rest of the evening (curled at around 4).
Also- after my appointment I realised that there were still some dead ends and would've appreciated a bit more length off it as I asked her to just get rid of the ends and do what she thought was best.

I really hate to leave a negative review as I would normally rate my Toni and Guy experience a 5/5 but I just was quite disappointed and thought I would share.

Finally someone who understands my hair and listens. Great haircut, thank you Fraser.

I think I may possibly have just had the best hair cut and colour of my life! Dan and Warren clearly are experts at their profession and the compliments I received were fantastic… I just wish that when I booked it I was told how much it would be as it was a bit of a surprise at the till. I was unable to book online as the website was just not accepting colour requests. So I was expecting a bill similar to last time, but it was £30 dearer with a cheaper treatment.
However, I am exceptionally happy with my hair (luckily) and I would recommend anyone to book in with these two men as they obviously are at the top of their game and made it look completely effortless!!

I really great haircut again. The service is always on a good level, people there make you feel welcomed.

Always a real pleasure to go to Tony & Guy and Fraser always sends me away smiling. He gives a superb cut with great conversation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I love Toni and guy and they usually do an amazing job. But after asking for a fringe, with a photo of I what wanted. My fringe has been cut way shorter than i requested. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough but a little disappointed this time

Both Ali and Fraser were excellent as well as interesting and amusing company!

I went for colour for the first time and Ali explained everything as he went, delivered the exact colour I wanted and then cut it superbly. An amazing hairdresser.

First time coming down to toni and guy bournemouth and i had elouise She listened to how i wanted my hair and done the fringe and style perfectly

Very disappointed I have used Toni & Guy elsewhere for many years. Several of staff not wearing masks. Poor haircut. I was in and out in 30 minutes having had cut and blow dry. Cancelled subsequent appointment.

Fantastic colour and haircut! My usual technician and cutter ( Dan and Frazer) were isolating but Ali stepped in and did both which was amazing! Great cut and colour! They are so kind and helpful
