I’m staying in Bournemouth for a few days. Needed a blow dry so booked in with Mark. Great hair wash and ensured water didn’t mess up makeup or run down my back. Dried my hair with a lovely bouncy style . Plenty of gorgeous spray as it was a very damp day. I felt great so thank you Mark

I have always used T&G but moved recently and was really unsure of where to go. Went to the Bournemouth Salon and had a fantastic modern cut from Mark. Everyone was so friendly which means I have found a great new home for my haircuts going forward. Great modern feel when you arrive, brilliant cut and easy to park very nearby. I highly recommend here.

I thought I’d give T&G another go as first time the Colour slid off my hair but went in to have corrected! So was happy and decided to return but yet again I’m left frustrated as a section of my hair on one of the lighter pieces is noticeably pink this morning! I know I can go in have it corrected yet again but it’s unnecessary time taken away from me ! This was my reason for going back darker as lower maintenance and fewer salon appointments needed ! Also this wasn’t inexpensive so another reason to expect excellence when paying higher prices !!! Waiting to hear back about correction !

My first time in the salon and didnt really know what to expect.. Very friendly staff. I asked for a cut and blow dry and Mark was allocated to me. I've got to say it was probably the first time ever that someone understood exactly what I wanted. I love the cut and will definitely be back!

Excellent cut colour and customer care

I have a short hair cut and struggled to find a really good stylist as I am fussy!!. Carly is amazing.. she listens to what you want.. and cuts beautifully. Came out feeling 10 years younger! Thank you Carly.

Eloise tidied up my hair yesterday as I’m trying to grow my hair. I was struggling as my hair is fine but there’s a lot of it. She worked her magic and made it more manageable again so I feel more confident and will keep persevering with it. Eloise is a bubbly, fun and knowledgable hairdresser and I really enjoyed my time in the salon.

Mark is an amazing hairdresser ..... this is the third time he's cut my hair and the complements from my friends and family keep on coming.

The salon staff in general are all amazing at Bournemouth.

I have spend years trying to find the perfect colourist spending hundreds of pounds at expensive London salons and have been every wrong shade of blonde possible.
Dan is unbelievable!!! Perfect every time!! If I want something slightly different he always delivers. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!!! Highly recommend him!!!!

My children told me I looked ten years younger when I got back from the salon today! That is some achievement, Dan and Fraser! Fab service as ever.

I super early to my appointment by accident, so much so I walked in on a team meeting but the whole team still chose to accommodate me and welcome me into the salon.

From there, I had the lovely Eloise doing my colour who did a stunning job while holding some very motivational conversations! My wash, cut and dry were done by some lovely other members of staff. Just an overall great experience.

On holiday in Bournemouth and decided to finally get that much needed haircut. They were very accommodating with my inpulsive request and slotted me in. I then got an amazing haircut from Mark. Absolutely chuffed with the service! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, unlike some salons who often rush to finish the job. Pity I'm not from Bournemouth else I'd frequent them going forwards!

This is the second time. Mark has cut my hair. He takes time and trouble to make sure it's just right. He even took photos so that I can keep the same style next time.

I’m always really happy with my hair when I leave here, even if it rains, it holds. I feel I can trust Dan and Fraser with my hair and I have had some awful experiences. Well worth the money and they are so quick. Very happy customer!!!!

This salon is by far the best salon in Bournemouth. The customer service is outstanding, they really listen to customers wishes and the end result when your hair is done is amazing. You will be sure to leave this salon with a smile on your face.

So so happy with my hair cut, had quite a drastic change which can be quite nervy but my hairdresser made me feel so comfortable and I’m so happy with the result feel like a new person!!

Normally they are excellent, I Normally have frazer cut mine and my children's hair and he is amazing, he is friendly and always listens, yesterday he was off sick so I had someone else cut my children's hair, a lovely lady did my eldest daughters hair and she was lovely and amazing young woman, a guy did my younger daughters hair, I asked for a Bob, cut sharp, did not mention a fringe and was not asked if I wanted one on my daughter, the guy just cuts her a fringe in, when I question him in the salon why he put a fringe on my daughter he just said sorry and I said that doesn't grow her hair back. The manager of the store was there and heard this all happened and he stood there and said and did nothing, that's what surprised me the most, so unprofessional, go to frazer for your cut. And don't expect the manager to do anything, I was so shocked the manager acted like he didn't see or hear anything. I was charged full price and my daughter looked horrible, worst hair cut she's ever had, I'm so upset with it all

I am thrilled with my hair cut by Mark. Really lovely hairdresser who puts me at ease and listened carefully to what I wanted. I was however shocked by the rest of the staff. It didn’t have the professional feel that it normally does. Loads of staff stood around chatting or playing with their mobiles while on the front desk. I saw one person answer the phone while still scrolling. One member of stuff was busy doing everything. When I paid I didn’t even get asked if I wanted to read-book so I didn’t bother!

Good colour, long pampery hair wash and cut. Absolutely lovely people the moment you step in the door, who make you feel well looked after. My only negative? The price. Not sure its quite justifiable despite my genuine praise. Nearly 200. In there 2 and a half hours. Yes, paying for skill experiencere the colour n cut not in doubt... but it's still a lot of money at 65 an hour including the wash. Im highly qualified and experienced in my work but I dont earn nearly that. Yet I keep going back, and so do others, so.... ?

Wasn’t too impressed with the lad that dried my hair. Started to dry my hair and then went off in a phonecall for 15 minutes and within that time my hair dried frizzy. I know it’s a free service but it took away the pleasure of the end result.

It has been 10 years now that Fraser has cut and style my hair, his great skills coupled with his unfailing good humour and friendliness always makes my Tony & Guy appointments a relaxing pleasure
