I had a colour and highlights, cut and blow dry. Dan is such an expert at colour that it’s like watching a masterclass. I was treated very kindly by everyone . Dan and Tom were very helpful and responsive to my requests . I left feeling a million dollars. I will continue to use this salon as always excellent service

I had my hair cut today with the lovely Ali whose skill, humour and personality always puts me at ease. I’m more than pleased with my new style and loved the whole experience. I love having my hair done here!

I booked for the first time to have my hair washed and curled as visiting Bournemouth fir a New Function.
The Receptionist was friendly and I felt very at eased with the salon friendliness.
Fraser was very Friendly and chatty and washed and curled my hair and cannot thank him enough as very pleased with how my hair looks as certainly ready for the New Years Ball.

I will return again and once again thank you Fraser and wishing you all a very Happy New Year!

Thomas is a great stylist. He takes care to listen to your ideas to use them and his skill to produce the best cut. He’s a perfectionist and won’t let you leave the chair until you’re completely happy. He acts professional but still makes you feel comfortable with his friendly manner. Thank you Thomas - I’m so happy with my cut!

In my opinion, the best salon in Bournemouth. The staff are all friendly, the service is excellent. You feel really looked after.

The salon was very busy and felt crowded at times. Short staffed

Having booked with a senior stylist I ended up having a minimal trim for £75.00 - I think I was charged for the water as quote had been £70.00. I was only given one wash and my collar soaked. I wanted a Toni and Guy experience but wouldn’t go back.

Amazing! Dan is so talented. Would 100% recommend him as a colourist

I wanted an updated style but came back home having had a very expensive trim for £70!! I thought being a director of the salon the hairdresser would have been more creative with styling hair.

I was warmly welcomed and seen straight away even though I was early. I was very impressed with the customer service and how friendly everyone was. The woman who cut my hair was fantastic, I couldn't fault her. I am so pleased with the final result.

I’m staying in Bournemouth for a few days. Needed a blow dry so booked in with Mark. Great hair wash and ensured water didn’t mess up makeup or run down my back. Dried my hair with a lovely bouncy style . Plenty of gorgeous spray as it was a very damp day. I felt great so thank you Mark

I have always used T&G but moved recently and was really unsure of where to go. Went to the Bournemouth Salon and had a fantastic modern cut from Mark. Everyone was so friendly which means I have found a great new home for my haircuts going forward. Great modern feel when you arrive, brilliant cut and easy to park very nearby. I highly recommend here.

I thought I’d give T&G another go as first time the Colour slid off my hair but went in to have corrected! So was happy and decided to return but yet again I’m left frustrated as a section of my hair on one of the lighter pieces is noticeably pink this morning! I know I can go in have it corrected yet again but it’s unnecessary time taken away from me ! This was my reason for going back darker as lower maintenance and fewer salon appointments needed ! Also this wasn’t inexpensive so another reason to expect excellence when paying higher prices !!! Waiting to hear back about correction !
