This is honestly the best branch of Toni & Guy I’ve ever been to, and one of the best hair salons I’ve visited. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the service is amazing, and I always leave feeling great. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I had a hair cut with Frazer, and it was the best hair cut I've ever had. My hair looks really good and my fringe hasn't looked like this for ages.
Frazer was great understanding what I want and very pleasant character, too.
I would highly recommend him and will be coming back soon?

Fraser helped my Mum to have her haircut in a Salon after 10 years of trying post her brain injury. She was over joyed and so happy to see her this happy was the best. His kindness, calm ways, compassion and skills were on point we are very grateful.

First appointment with Toni and guy in Bournemouth yesterday and would highly recommend this lovely salon. I booked in for a cut and blow dry. Unfortunately the person I booked in with was poorly so had a different hairdresser, however these things happen and I had the best hair cut and blow dry that I have had in years. Tom was absolutely amazing. He listened to what I wanted and instantly knew what type of cut would suit my hair. Tom was so friendly, welcoming and I literally cannot wait to go back for my colour. Thank you Tom! You have made a very tired nurse very happy and feel like a million dollars. Xx

I am happy with the result however it took so long to blow dry my hair after the colouring, 1 and half hour is way too long for a blow dry also didn’t like the technique used for curling as it was pulling my hair a lot. My previous experiences have been much better with the salon.

Wonderful and friendly salon. Really enjoyed my first visit here in Andover. I’ve already booked for a colour. My stylist was just fantastic x

Had a balayage and cut/blow-dry by Grace yesterday, she did a fab job fixing all the brassy tones from my previous colour and made my hair look great! Have only been going to T&G since a bad experience with another salon a few years back and it proves you get what you pay for! Was a bit more pricey than what came up when booked but happy to pay for quality service and to be looked after.

I got the best colour/Cut and hair wash I have ever had. I have finally found such talent. I have never looked better, the manager Ali took years off me with the colour he recommended, and Tom completely transformed my hair with a beautiful feminine cut. Chaz washed my hair and gave me a lovely head massage. The whole experience was such a pleasure. The salon has a lovely energy. Recommend the salon 100 percent, Thank you Karen

I visited Bournemouth Toni and Guy on 10th March and asked for blonde highlights to brighten and lighten my blonde hair and a 1 inch trim to tidy my hair whilst maintaining the length and shape as I was happy with it. Instead they stripped the blonde from my hair making it duller and darker then they cut 4 inches off, leaving it shoulder length instead of long. They did the opposite to what I asked for then charged me £180. It will take me 4-5 years to grow my hair back and recovering the natural blonde apparently now requires bleaching my hair. Worst hair cut of my life!
