Mark at Toni & Guy is fantastic!! I am over the moon with the results. His cut was spot on and he definitely went the extra mile. I have had so many compliments on my hair already. He was also the loveliest guy, who lifted my energy with his positive personality. I have found my new favourite hairdresser and I won't bother going anywhere else from here on out.

Ali managed to get me in at the last minute for colour and cut and he was, as always amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble even when I had to make a work call halfway through cutting my hair.

After a series of stressful events and health issues , a hair cut was much needed.
Marc was the one who took care of me on the occasion (a last minute booking) and he did pamper me and helped me relax and see the positive about my hair. It was a very positive and relaxing experience. Just what I needed

It’s a challenge to find a hair stylist whom you can trust both their cutting skills and for a true take on your own style. Fraser set me at ease immediately. He listens carefully. He notices what will work for the shape of a face and he cuts with attention to detail. I felt great. Three pals who saw me that day greeted me with “Great haircut!”

Relaxed consult; willing to listen and then explain how we could achieve the outcome I wanted.

It was nice to come to the hairdressers and get my hair done. I was really impressed with the haircut and colour. The staff were extremely friendly and took good care of me.

I had been to several well known hairdressers in Bournemouth got terrible . Then I had an appointment with Tom what a fantastic cut I have now ! Couldn’t be happier lovely staff and I’ve rebooked won’t be going anywhere else

Very long wait between hair being washed and hair being cut.
The staff were under pressure to work as quickly as possible which did not make it a relaxing experience.
Coffee was much better than previously!
Hairbrushes were full of hair and fortunately were not used on me.

Tom was really good. Listened to me and did an excellent cut taking into account layers I am trying to grow out.
Would definitely recommend him.

I had a T-section of highlights with Nickki at Toni & Guy Bournemouth. Nickki was very professional throughout the service, providing excellent customer care.
I'm also very pleased with the colour result.

Was made to feel comfortable and spoilt. Fantastic friendly staff and great experience. The colour and cut was better than I asked for. The blending and shine is so good, that it tricks the eye into thinking "is that a glow or colour!?" Also specialises in curly/wavy hair, so gives definition to the hair. Also they do delicious ice lattes yummy. Will be going back FOR SURE!

Over the phone I was told my two daughter hair syling on a week day would cost £67.50, yesterday Friday when I paid it was £110.

Hi, it was my second appointment at TONI&GUY in Bournemouth and for the second time the outcome surpassed my expectations. Not only do l have a new hair colours made by wonderful Dan , who had turned my cooper hair into a nice blonde baleyage before, and who did a nice continuation this time, but l also had fantastic layers done perfectly by Annabelle ( my first cut had been done by Tom and l was very happy too,). It's nice to be finally listened and happy after the appointment. I am so glad l finally have found this both friendly and professional salon after having been frustrated a few times in a row and with hair breakage. At the moment, after two appointments at Toni@Guy my hair is in a much better condition and looks nicer. I had MPlex treatment added, after my new highlights and l can say the treatment is good. Apart from that, as a hard of hearing person, l needed help from receptionists who were very patient with my emails and helpful. It's not a cheap place but the results are not looking cheap either. All the right boxes...ticked. Thank you ?!

I had a lovely stylist who introduced me to à différent way of styling my hair - more modern update on the old fashioned bob. I was very pleased as he did à very good job on the original.

Tom cut my hair beautifully and swiftly, with a really pleasant manner and no faffing about. This busy mum was thrilled! Will be back, thank you.

Got a great cut in the Bournemouth salon. My hair is very thick and hairdressers are not always confident about taking enough weight out, but Mark did a lovely job. All the staff were friendly, nice atmosphere.

Toni and Guy are definitely the best hair salon. I always know my hair is going to look amazing when I come out. Dan is so quick, a brilliant colourist and lovely man. All the staff are friendly, helpful and first class. You always get lots of drinks including fizzy wine if you so wish. Can not fault them and will not use anyone else to do my hair.

Ali has bleached my hair a handful of times now. I’m really happy with his cut and colour - would recommend opalex/mplex if you do this too - I’ve paid an extra £30 each time before this and skimped this time. Feeling it! Steep, I know - you can buy at-home bottles for £30 but the formula differs from salons - not sure if it’s as good or not though. Worth some research.

In a nutshell - Toni and Guy is pricier than anywhere I’ve been to for hair before, but they deliver on quality and customer experience to justify it IMO. The chats good here too - really lovely bunch.

Absolutely delighted with my hair and thought that Dan was incredibly professional and efficient! He provided a great experience and so did the lady who assisted him.
