I have been coming to this salon for a few years. All the stylists are excellent. The atmosphere is positive and I feel great when I'm there and like a million dollars when I leave This visit with Anna elle left my hair looking great and she always makes me feel confident in my choice of style. So much so that I come over from Swanage just to get my hair done ?

Been coming here since it opened in 1997, always had first class service and always looked after very well with a few laughs thrown in, Dan is very professional and never fails to deliver great highlights with Fraser doing fantastic hair cuts to polish you off, will not go any where else, fantastic atmosphere and great staff.

I was warmly welcomed by Warren. He sat down beside me and introduced himself. We talked about haircutting. And I felt heard and understood. Warren handled my hair gently but firmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Perfect cut.
I have actually found a professional in Bournemouth who has an excellent natural approach to the client. I emphasise that I'm afraid of hairdressers more than a dentist. and this is because I have been disappointed many times. I am very pleased with the visit. A few weeks ago Daniel Clarke coloured my blonde hair and today I had a perfect graduated sleek bob haircut from Annabelle. I am absolutely delighted, we chat and laugh and it is always a real pleasure. Annabelle is a brilliant hairdresser very experienced, offers a free consultation and listenz. I showed her a picture on my phone of my requested style and I was amazed that I looked exactly like the picture. Both of my daughters also have the highlights and cuts at Toni & Guy. Thank you Ali & Annabelle & Team. The service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

Annabelle is always really friendly & will listen to what you want done and then implement it. She will make any final adjustments quite happily. A very good relaxed experience.

Rushed it through, finished the whole cut in 10 min, the hair feels heavy and looks like someone just chopped it off with a pair of kitchen scissors. there was no finessing of any kind.

Lovely haircut and Connor was wonderful - really keen that I got what I wanted and nice chat.

Very happy with cut and stylist. The place is just too noisy. It's a hairdressing salon not a disco. You are damaging the hearing of your own staff and your clients.

I had my hair done with Eloise. Always excellent. When I visited Tony & Guy for the first time my hair was very damaged over bleached. After that visit my hair had completely transformed . I love my hair now.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 18 months, , Allie does my hair. I am always so pleased with my colour . All the staff are helpful and friendly and I am made to feel very welcome . I feel really pampered being offered drinks, magazines to read the staff go out of their way . There is a lovely menu offering different coffees which really impressed me and the latte I had was amazing .

As soon as I arrived, the reception lady took my coat and asked me to seat while Fraser is getting ready to receive me. After couple of minutes he arrived and asked me what I am looking for. After an amazingly relaxing hair wash, he start cutting my hair and always checking if I am happy with what he's doing.
The entire process was so smooth and Fraser was also very communicative, he gave me that friendly feeling and I just trusted him and what he was doing to my hair (this is a big things for me as being very protective over my hair ?)
The end result was fabulous and I am definitely looking forward to be back.

Been looking for a new stylist as recently moved to Bournemouth from London.Was nervous about trying out new stylist but was impressed with how Fraser cut my fringe a few weeks before so decided to give him a try. He did a fantastic job, am so pleased with the result. Am delighted to have eventually found my local stylist. He is also a very pleasant young man, very professional. and made me feel at ease. Will definitely continue with him for future hair cuts.
