Great team work in a busy salon, things ran smoothly and I’m happy with my new ‘do!’

Hadn’t had my hair coloured in over 2 years.. came to Ali to get a balayage done. He has amazing customer service and re-assured me with the colour by checking my record to do the same as technique as the last time, years ago. I was then passed over to Lily to wash and finish my hair. Again, great customer service.. friendly and reassuring at all times. Overall really happy with my beautiful colour outcome. Would highly recommend!

I have been with Toni and guy for about 3 years now and never had a bad word to say about them, up until now... my usual salon is in Horsham, but I was down in Bournemouth for New Years, so booked in with them for a blow dry and style. My hair is extremely long and thick so I understand that a lot more time and effort is required. Nonetheless, the service should be the same, as I am always charged extra anyway.

But what I received was very underwhelming. Firstly, my treatment (£15) was not left on for 10 minutes like it normally is, which was a bit annoying. But most shockingly, they just rough dried my hair and then curled it! No sectioning like a proper blow dry, so annoying as I could have done that myself!! This wouldn’t have been a major issue, but I then got charged £56 and can’t understand why! As even for the longest hair a blow dry is max £37 and the treatment was £15 meaning it should have been £52 (which is even still too much for what I got as I didn’t get a proper blow dry!). I don’t know about others but I can never complain at a hairdressers, it’s not in my nature as I get too scared of offending people! But when I got home I got more annoyed at myself and about the situation, and then I got a text asking me to review my experience and here we are!

I don’t know whether my experience was so underwhelming because my usual salon in Horsham are so amazing, but it’s not an excuse as Bournemouth Toni and guy should live up to the same standards as other Toni and guys or they risk loosing clients!

Was made to feel very welcome. Given a cup of tea. Connor cut my hair. He really took his time & made sure I was happy with my hair before I left. Cost £50

My sister and I had last minute blow drys on Christmas Eve whilst in Bournemouth for a Christmas break. The salon was very friendly and our stylist were really good. Loved our experience.

Everyone in Toni&Guy is nice amd caring to make you feel comfortable. And Annabelle again made an amazing job with my hair ?

So happy with my cut today and Warren’s great hairdressing skills and calm approach made my daughter delighted with her colour yesterday.

Toni and Guy Bournemouth really looked after us this afternoon. They managed to fit in my daughter for a last minute appointment that fitted in with my rearranged time. She then wanted a complete restyle but nothing was too much trouble!

I was looking for a hairdressers near to my home and found you on the web, the service I received was second to none and totally professional, I loved the salon as it was bright and clean and the staff were amazing, even having a glass of Prosecco offered to myself on arrival, my hairdresser was Frasier and he listened to me throughout and cut my hair beautifully, I am booked in again shortly to have a colour added and would totally recommend this salon to my friends, as I attend a lot of high profile events it is nice to know I have the support of a amazing team of hairdressers on my doorstep.

I had my hair done for the second time by Eloise and I love my hair. My hair has transformed from dry, lifeless and shapeless in to healthy shiny, stylish hair.. I have to mention that the hair colour is divine too.

Daniel Clarke has been my hair colourist for many many years, he is a fantastic person and has an amazing talent and I am always delighted with the end result. I had Connor cut my hair today and enjoyed the experience as much as the haircut itself. I was met with a warm smiley introduction and was given a massage with my rinse. Connor was really chatty and friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. Would definitely book him again when I return.

Dan who did my colour is a genius and an artist as well as an excellent techician. Fraser cuts my hair. Stupid shortsighted idea to charge for blow dries for colour. I'll be visiting less often. Which is a shame as all the staff at T & G Bournemouth are super.

A cut and colour with a genuinely masterful stylist (Warren) who completely understands my requirements... which have changed with every cut I've had with him. Only this time it was with the challenge of growing out a short style. Which he achieved with ease....and reassurance. The colour is perfect too. Cannot recommend enough.

I got my hair cut by Connor and was extremely satisfied with the service and result. I was apprehensive about going a lot shorter in length but Connor reassured me throughout in a friendly manner. He executed the cut and style perfectly and I would highly recommend Toni&Guy and Connor.

Great service, Fraser the stylist is a great bubbly character who is very good with all customer. Front of house really friendly and welcoming and the juniors are very helpful.
