Just had my 2nd balayage full head with Simone Thomas Salon, and as always great customer service. I had concerns with the first treatment, but receptionist and especially Lauren did a great job in assisting me with this. Lauren deal with my concerns professionally and fixed my hair, which im very satisfied. It’s been few days after and I’m getting lots of compliments. It’s all the money’s worth! 👍

Had a compliment from a stranger on my hairstyle this morning, a French lady who had trained in Paris, then later had her own hair salon in Winton until she retired. I was thrilled and told her I had it done by Michelle at SimoneThomas in Westbourne and would be going there again.

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in! I haven't been to the hairdressers for 10 years due to bad haircuts previously so I gave up and would do it myself! After a bleach fail at home, I was left with a mess on my head. The girls took a long time understanding what I want and how I want to grow it out and re colour it etc. The cut I got was beautiful and the treatment plan of olapex advice I was grateful for! I can't wait to go back and hopefully get the colour sorted.

Michelle was amazing with George who is almost 4. She made him feel really comfortable and was so gentle. His hair looks beautiful, all ready for our wedding. Thank you Michelle you were amazing!
