Tiegan was very nice and caring, didn’t feel pressured to buy straight away.

Decided to ditch the cheap barber and try Simone Thomas to get a proper haircut for my wedding. So glad it did and I will never look back. Sophie listened to my vague ramblings and kept showing me progress and checking it was what I wanted. Exceptional service all round and seems an extremely well-run salon. Apologies for not drinking the water you kindly gave me when I arrived. Thanks again - I may look vaguely smart for my wedding now, Jon

Michelle is a very good hairstylist who understands what kind of haircut will be good for certain facial structure and she is open in suggesting what hairstyle I should go for . Michelle always had some interesting topics to discuss and I always had an excellent experience in the salon

Not happy at all
Visited twice as wasn’t happy the first time . To be fair the colourist I originally saw made me aware they use Davines colour which they explained wasn’t the same as , say, Wella . However I was charged for the second appointment to go blonder which cost me almost £200 and the result was shocking. Stripy , brassy, colour application was rushed and not put near enough to the roots hence horrific regrowth fairly shortly after.
Tried to speak to the salon to get a treatment/toner but they still wanted to charge. Quite frankly I wouldn’t necer back , terrible ?

Tiegan was fantastic, I’m looking for a wig as I’m about to start chemo. Tiegan was sensitive but upbeat and positive and nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel rushed and enjoyed the experience of trying different styles and colours - thank you Tiegan

Lovely salon and great service. Disappointing that disposable gowns and towels are still being used today. Dread to think how many get used and thrown into landfill per day.

To be honest, I’m not entirely happy with my hair today. I find that the highlights have come out quite brassy, slightly stripy & golden because they weren’t lifted enough. I preferred my natural hair before unfortunately.

I had the best experience with Tegan at Simone Thomas hair salon. I finally found a trustworthy and excellent hair stylist. The cut & finish was perfect! My hair has never felt or looked better. Tegan did an amazing job and always had in mind what would suit me.
Also, the atmosphere in the salon is incredible. Everything is very clean, modern and stylish. The whole team is very friendly and kind. The products they use smell incredible good, too! I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

Becky was warm and welcoming and did a great job restyling my long curly hair to a much more flattering bob. She gave great advice for future highlights. I very much enjoyed my long overdue hair cut!
