Most of my nails were kit in good shape and I really thought Yuki wouldn't be able to make them look better. Wow I'm so happy with the outcome! They look and feel amazing!! Thank you and can't wait to see you all again. Great experience! Xx

Sasha takes great care in trying to improve the condition of a very tricky thumb nail which is very damaged. My nails look lovely after my visit. Everyone is so friendly.

My usual 3 weekly appointment which I always look forward too. A bit of me time in a gorgeous relaxing space with fabulous friendly but very professional staff. I always have Lois who knows me very well now! I am always very pleased with what I have done and they always look fabulous, I am never disappointed. If I don’t know what I want Lois always has great ideas! Highly recommend Nails on the Exe and all the staff are trained to a very high standard.

Sasha applied the gel to my toes in a very professional manner and I was very pleased with the result.

When I left Nails On The Exe this morning I not only had beautiful nails I also had a smile on my face. I went to do a little supermarket shop and three people commented on my nails. I’ve been here 6 times and the last two visits have been disappointing. The last time, I was only offered certain colours and the other colour books were not shared with me. I asked if I could see them and the answer was “no, it’s only these colours I’m afraid”. I’m unsure why this was. The main complaint though was that she cut me three times with the drill. I actually flinched and said ouch and she said that that had never happened before?! She got far too close to my nail bed with the file machine. There was no apology. Today one of my fingers feels sore. Also, the top coat was rushed and I can see that she didn’t cover the whole nail. The time before, I wasn’t consulted on the nail shape and was just given square nails. This was done by another technician. I won’t visit again. It’s a shame as there used to be a fantastic technician, I think she’s left now
