As always, Beth forever the professional; despite having a clearly busy day, service delivered with a friendly smile, and quality of service uncompromised.

Lovely treatment and really relaxing and effective. My skin always feels plumped and more youthful. My lashes are normally very straight and short, the lift makes them stand out much more.

Wonderful relaxing massage, getting all the tension out of my neck and shoulders. Definitely come back again - reasonably priced and excellent therapy.

Lovely people, professional service

I was recommended Tao after a colleague in work had eyelash extensions done for her sisters wedding. They looked fabulous so I was very excited to have my first set of eyelash extensions done at Tao for my birthday holiday treat- my first holiday in years.

However within 48 hours I had a big clump of lashes fall out, followed by 3/4 singular lashes in the same day. All from the same eye. I have taken photographs for reference.

I was given good aftercare instructions from the lovely beautician, which I followed, however in less than a week- and on holiday for my birthday- the majority of the eyelashes have fallen out and the eyebrow tint I also had done at Tao has completely come off.

I am very disappointed to say the least. I paid a good amount of money after receiving a good recommendation and feel nothing less than absolutely let down! I will be contacting Tao on return from my holiday- eyelash and eyebrowless!!!

This was my first visit to the clinic as I had just moved back to the area. The reason I chose Tao was because it offered Caci treatments but my whole experience with Chelsea was lovely. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. I have made my next appointment and looking forward to it!

Once again the beauticians at Tao have been caring and efficient and willing to fit in an appointment for electrolysis at extremely short notice. Michelle made me feel better about my appearance in the run up to some work related meetings. Even when I have been negligent about self-care they sort me out - and give me free samples and advice. Yay Tao! I’m a grateful customer.

I thought the experience was great, especially since it was my first time both visiting TAO and for getting lash extensions. I felt really comfortable and actually found the whole experience quite relaxing.
