I had my hands painted and a pedicure and I asked off wax and she just did it all for me really nicely and friendly. She chatted a good amount to me too. The pedicure was lovely and she was really soft but it was lovely. I can't remember who the lady was but she was brilliant !

The minute you visit the salon you know you're in for a treat, everyone is so friendly. Coffee/tea offered and everything ready on time. It smells wonderful and having been taken quickly to the treatment room I was given the most superb Guinot facial. Thank you so much.

I always enjoy coming to Tao because I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and a delight to be with.
Beth especially is great fun- very chatty and bubbly she always makes the experience fun.

Decided to try Tao as opposed to my regular place (of 3 years) and what a great idea it was! Friendly, prompt greeting, professional, thorough service but made to feel comfortable and at ease at the same time from start to finish. The best wax I have ever had and I will be returning. My eyelash doesn't last long , I just did yesterday and today is starting to fall down . The service was great . But I'm quite disappointed for the quality.

I thought I was getting a hot wax but it turned out to be a strip wax for £25 ... I should've checked.

Fairly thorough on my front with only a couple to tweeze when I got home.

Not thorough in my back, I had to tidy this myself.

Slight sore patches on my lips since the wax ? Pulled the skin to tear/burn it from repeat strips.

I Would've liked an opportunity to check what they'd done before the wax was finished.

No gloves worn which I found odd and no precleansig.

Had a Holllywood wax today, best one I've received yet.

I have been coming to your salon for some years
Now and have had various therapists mostly good.
I always come for electrolysis and sometimes waxing. The last time I came was Dec2 & I had *therapist name removed* . She is a lovely girl but the electrolysis I felt was not good. Firstly she had a cold and was sniffly secondly I felt the hairs were being pulled out and not being removed correctly, and thirdly the upper lip was the most painful I have every had with electrolysis. I have been having electrolysis for thirty years so do know when it I is good or not. Also I am a trained therapist myself.
I usually never complain, but I feel for your own reputation *therapist name removed* needs some extra training in this field.

Most professional, diligent and effective Caci treatment going - and I have tried a few. All of the girls are extensively trained and experienced.

Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Sophie very friendly and explained procedure clearly and checked I was ok during procedure.
I am not a regular spa/beauty salon person and therefore a little nervous, but no need to be.

Never had it done before. Absolutely delighted.

I was late to my appointment and there was no problem, the lady that carried out the treatment, was friendly, chatty and helpful. She was only qualified for 5 months, but seemed to really know and enjoy what she doing. Highly recommended.

I have been regularly visiting Tao for the past five years. Chelsea has made me feel completely at ease during aculight and electrolysis treatments. Every treatment is carried out in a professional, caring manner. The girls at the salon are always welcoming and brilliant with every treatment I've had. I'm also thrilled with my recent LVL lash treatment by Bethany.

A very comfortable and effective treatment using electrolysis for hair removal. Amazing results over a few months have significantly reduced the growth. Beth always delivers a very careful and efficient treatment session.

Went for a pedicure and Shellac toenail polish. Chose a festive Holly leaf green The staff are all kind and attentive, I got a welcome cup of tea whilst I waited. The girl who took care of me was sweet and did a good job.... what more can you want?

The Tao Skincare Clinic is such a gem - just a few minutes away from the High Street it's easy to get to but discretely located if you don't want the world to see you going to get waxed! The staff are lovely - professional but caring. The salon offers all sorts of treatments from hair removal to non-surgical facelifts and the prices are some of the best in the area. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fabulous service. Have been using Guinot product since recommended! Love it! Staffs are very friendly and so very helpful. I simply hit lucky to be served by the owner & she has been very kind & considerate knowing that I am a student! Even walked away with a discount! Couldn't be happier:)
