Always calm and kind and gentle with my head as I had hair extensions for 15 years my scalp is mega sensitive
Hair has definitely improved since being a client massage so relaxing
I did drop one star for value as I think rough dry should be free, but understand that prices have increased everywhere xxx

Booked to see Charlotte for a colour and cut, she offered me a complimentary shoulder massage on arrival, I felt relaxed straight away, she was extremely friendly and professional, offered me great advice regarding my colour. And I must say it was the best colour I’ve had in ages! Came away extremely happy.

Lovely friendly service from Ruby! She did the most beautiful blended balayage with a great cut and blow dry. As a bonus she does the most incredible scalp massages! Will definitely book with her again.
