Odd experience. Came away happy enough with my cut - not the best or worst. However felt as if I was the biggest inconvenience throughout my time with one of their artistic directors.

I have seen Holly now for years, she is an excellent stylist and colourist. Always cheerful, listens to me and offers great advice. I always leave the salon feeling on top of the world. I think the most powerful advert for her is when I get compliments about my hair, from people I don’t actually know.

Didn’t listen to me

I’m not sure who did my hair because it was rearranged at the last minute, but they didn’t listen. I asked for a lot of length off (above the shoulder) and to take weight out of it… what I got was a tidy up very light trim. I’m now left with too much length and my hair will continue to look stupid because of the way it curls. I know my hair and how it curls. I had the same issue last time and won’t bother coming back until I can see Abi again (Abi listens to what I say!). I am going to need it trimmed again very soon but I won’t be coming back

As always, a pleasure. Billy is a highly talented stylist and I completely rely on his advice as to colour and style, taking everything into account. I have exactly what I need - a low-maintenance result, fantastic colour which he takes great care to achieve the best colours and depth and I’m always complimented about it by friends and colleagues. I appreciate the cups of tea, which are offered several times each visit, all staff are helpful and friendly, especially the especially lovely Dan who ensures everything is organised and runs smoothly, besides being an exceptionally kind person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Visiting Meraki is such a wonderful experience, I arrived early today and immediately offered a drink and told to sit and relax.
Charlie discussed my cut and gave some great advice, l had a complementary neck and shoulder massage, followed by a scalp massage after my hair was washed. There is such a lovely warm feeling in this salon, and attention to detail is key.
Charlie has been styling/colouring my hair for sometime now and knows what works best for me, she is a real credit to the team at Meraki.

As always, Ruby did a wonderful job during my visit today. She’s always super friendly and is great at listening to my hair needs as well as advising on them appropriately, where necessary.
She always offers the scalp and neck massage too, which I find is a great de-stress.

I pooped for a quick hair cut, with out an appointment and they managed to squeeze me in. I’d been into several other salons in the city and no one could fit me in.

All the staff were friendly, and efficient. They quoted me a price and then gave me a big reduction which I wasn’t expecting.

I Would recommend them to everybody.

Very good experience- I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted but Shauna was very good at giving her expert opinion and what would be best which I appreciated. Everyone was very nice and it was worth the money to have a good quality haircut with good service
