I came in to have a Gel French Manicure. I've visited the Salon on a few occasions and was happy at the treatments.
So very pleased and excited about going back.
However my happiness and excitement was short lived as I came away really quite disappointed...
My french tips weren't neat or at all similar - I had nail polish all over my fingers and I was charged for a file and cuticle tidy even though the therapist said you must look after your nails as there isn't much to do!
Not only that, but not even as much as glass of water was offered to me whilst having my treatment.
Very disappointing

I had a really pleasant visit for electrolysis, lovely staff and good treatment.
I was really nervous about my appt, as I was having a mole removed, but as soon as I walked in to Lefroy the staff were really friendly, their was soft music being played and the whole atmosphere was really soothing. I felt totally relaxed and the service was fantastic.
I have been going to lefroys for years and it never disappoints. Steph is professional yet personal and her back massages are amazing.

Wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage. Felt totally relaxed afterwards. Having given birth to my daughter 6 weeks ago it was a much needed treat.
Today's facial has to have been the best I have experienced. I left the salon immensely relaxed (shame I had to go back to work!)
My only criticism is that I couldn't bring Meg home with me!
