I always enjoy my sessions at Lefroy. Everyone is friendly yet professional and I am always very pleased with the results.

I enjoyed an aromatherapy facial with Amy which was very relaxing and really helped to clear up my skin - a perfect treat! I'll definitely be going back to try out another treatment soon!

Always enjoyable, even my waxing! Usually see Steph for my treatments who is lovely, but I have seen several of the girls in Becky's team, all of whom are very friendly and professional. I have regular leg waxing, but also occasional facials, gel nails and massages. Never been disappointed. Thank you girls. Deborah

I had an appointment this morning to get my ears re-peirced and I could not have asked for a nicer experience. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming and took great care and attention over everything they did. Really professional and friendly service that would be hard to beat. Thank you Lefroy!!

Absolutely loved my massage.

Top notch, friendly and efficient staff. I had express nails followed by advanced electrolysis. Offered tea and coffee, help with putting on my boots and payment due to manicure and the right level of friendly, genuine conversation. They sounded interested at least!

I felt truly welcome at Leftoy. There was a freindy and warm atmosphere. Courtney who was my therapist is very lovely and talented at her job.

Absoloutely lovely! I had the crystal clear microdermabrasion facial and Brow wax treatment given by Amy. It was so relaxing and friendly. Great quality and lovely staff. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a spa like experience rather than a salon. Skin refreshed, fantasitc massage and my brows are perfect. Thankyou Amy ☺

I have just had an amazing waxing from a lovely young lady Meg she was very professional. I have finally found a therapist that takes all my hair and doesn't make me feel sticky at the end, like I have done in the past from other salons! Wax received pre wedding for brazillian, armpits and legs.

Girls doing the wax seemed to feel uncomfortable and said some awkward things at times.

Despite highlighting I want to ensure all hair has gone from more difficult areas such as ankles this was not completed properly.

Overall the experience felt quite lazy and awkward without any attention to detail.

Hair was left in all areas meaning I had to finish the job myself when I got home.

My salon experience was great. My beautician, Amy, made me feel very comfortable and was extremely professional throughout.

Great experience getting waxing done here. Definitely recommend this place !

This was the first time I'd used a salon for any treatments for about four years so wasn't entirely sure what to expect from LeFroy. Unfortunately my appointment was running slightly late, (about 30 minutes) which never usually bothers me I was just on a tight schedule to get back to work...
However...
Charlotte was my therapist and she was excellent. Chatty and charming, took my mind off an uncomfortable (!) situation at points, was professional and informative; not only that but completely made up for lost time during my treatments. I was out by the time I originally should have been! She then also took 20% off the price for the wait at the beginning, even though it hadn't been her fault nor was I actually running late when I left.
I will definitely use them again and can only recommend them highly.

Lefroy saved the day for me. Was booked to go on holiday and my salon cancelled at the last minute, Lefroy managed to get me in for my fingers and toes,

Me and my daughter came to Lefroy as a treat to get ready for my son's wedding. We both had a pedicure and brow tidy and I had a manicure...... My first one ever at 59 !!! I've always nibbled my nails but they looked amazing !!! All the ladies were so lovely and made us so welcome. My eyebrows looked perfect and my pedicure was so relaxing. I can't recommend them enough !!!! I'm back in a couple of weeks to get ready for my holiday.

I had a full leg and Hollywood wax and it was great, I hadn't had anything done since the birth of my baby and was feeling nervous, I was instantly put at ease and made to feel comfortable and in capable hands.

Had my first spray tan today. Staff very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Have booked another session before my holiday and also one of the other services provided. I have purchased a gift voucher for my sister-in-law to use on any of the range of services Lefroy provide. Excellent service. At the moment cannot fault. Very satisfied customer.

Everything is great but it is just so expensive. Waxing is just extortionate!

Arrived at the salon was greeted nicely, shown to a comfortable area and offered a coffee,Meg introduced herself,and explained she would be with me shortly,my appt. was on time and a lovely experience, a nice room ,comfortable plenty of colours to choose from the whole pedicure was beautiful delighted with the result and the price.Definitely going back.

Excellent service from Beautician Charlotte at LeFroy. She made me feel very at ease with her friendly persona and relaxed approach. Considering the area she was dealing with, I didn't feel embarrassed and she was very professional! Even though it is an obviously painful treatment, I have booked another appointment for the same again! Highly recommended.

After plucking up the courage to go along and have my skin tags removed I can only say I wish I had done it sooner . The procedure was quick and reasonably painless and everything was explained before hand. I highly recommend this salon.
