She's like an old friend, always chatty and puts you at ease. Over the years she has suggested different styles and colours,which is what you need in a hairdresser. Unfortunately I am now moving away and will miss her only hope I can find someone as good as her

The whole team at Salt are amazing. They are friendly, professional and so welcoming. The care and dedication put in by the owner radiates through to the rest of the team. The environment is so clean and comfortable and they serve the best hot drinks! They also sell an array of products to which they are all clearly trained on which adds to the experience. Their knowledge, listening skills and ability are all great. Get booked in - but be quick as they are popular.

I can't recommend Salt hairdressers highly enough. The staff are warm friendly and professional. Rachel my stylist takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, she pays attention to detail and takes great pride in her work. The salon has a lovely atmosphere making the whole experience enjoyable. they make great coffee too!

Being a teen in the 60s cut is everything!I have difficult fine hair that is impossible to style if the cut isnt right.Never had a bad cut at Salt in 20 years .
Looking around the salon it is evident that all needs are catered for in every age group and with every style.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and despite being a busy salon you are never made to feel rushed.

Arriving at my appointment with Amy is always a joy. Everyone smiling and welcoming. Then Amy arrives She has such a happy personality and so easy to talk too. She asks me how I would like my hair and gives me the opportunity to discuss change. However, she has found the style for me that is just perfect. I know that she understands my hair and my lifestyle, and that's because she takes the trouble to ask. I have been Amy's client for at least 6 or 7 years and except for a short period of time when I had to go somewhere else. I was desperate to get back to my appointments with her. Amy's talent with my hair is constantly commented on. I always sing her praises and tell everyone what a fabulous hairdresser she is. Thankyou Amy. Xc
It is sad that Chris only works one day a week, I used to have my hair done every week but with the change of my circumstances I cannot book in advance, and therefore sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment. But she is always a delight when I do get in to see her. All the other ladies are welcoming and great, very pleasant.

Been coming to SALT for approx 7 yrs now. Lovely salon. Great atmosphere. I have Shannon & she's lovely. Shes chatty but knows when I just want to sit quietly. Gives advice on my hair & knows exactly want i want & how I want it. Im trying to grow out a style & she gives me options on how to do this without it driving me mad! Im very happy 😊

I am a fussy hair person! I have been coming regularly to Salt for 6 years now and never had anything but excellent service. Fabulous cut and colour by Shannon with help from Millie and Erin. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I drive from Cornwall to Braunton to get my hair done which speaks for itself!
