Lucie was excellent in dealing with a difficult situation of very damaged hair the result was acceptable but due to the condition of the hair not quite as I had hoped but we are revising this again December to improve the result .

I’m a return customer for more than 15 years and my hair has been well looked after by the team during that time. I love my autumn toned lowlights and highlights along with cut and bouncy blow dry this time round. The colour has had so many compliments too! Thanks so much ladies!

I visited the salon for my colour and Sarah discussed various options. She mentioned a new peach colour wash that I might be interested in as I have previously had the pink one that framed my face. We discussed adding more layers to make my hair more manageable and I and thrilled with the result. I also asked Sarah about some of the Christmas items she had on display and she advised me on shampoo and conditioner gifts for my granddaughters along with the gif gift set of heat protection spray in a beautiful cosmetic bag. I am so pleased with everything from the minute I stepped in the salon until the end of my appointment. All the staff make you feel so welcome I highly recommend Sarah and her team.
