I always come away feeling that Chelsea has given maximum care and attention to my hair and has listened to how I would like it. All the staff are very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic!

Carla is amazing at everything she does, every little detail is perfect, from walking in to the salon to leaving. She’s friendly, helpful, kind and leaves you feeling like a princess.

The best team all round. Never been made to feel so comfortable by a salon like I have this one. Can’t thank everyone enough, especially for supporting a breastfeeding mother like myself with zero judgement and lots of help when needing to pump etc.

Had my wedding nails done this morning, I’m so sorry I never got the lady’s name! She was amazing! I had the worst time deciding on everything and she took her time and helped me without putting me under pressure! I’m so happy with how they look so thank you and I’ll definitely be back xxx

Eden trims my 2 year old daughter’s fringe regularly. Eden’s lovely and really good with my daughter. She speaks to her and makes her smile & feel comfortable which is all I could ask for. Her fringe always looks great after as well. Thank you so much.

I came in today to get an eyelash tint, eyebrow wax and an eyebrow tint for the first time. I have to admit, I’ve had bad experiences before and I haven’t found somewhere I trust since I moved into the area, so I was a bit nervous beforehand. However, Carla did a fantastic job! I am so happy with the results and I absolutely love the way my eyes look now! They look natural but defined and they’re exactly what I wanted. She’s so lovely, professional and friendly too, and I felt really welcome and comfortable when I arrived. I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend to anyone ☺️

I was feeling really frumpy with my long layers, so made the rash decision to get a really short style. Mitchell listened to me and took the time to understand what I didn't like about my style and gave me really good advice about what would work for both my hair and face shape. He advised against the severe chop I had gone in for, and I'm so glad that i listened to him. He took a couple of inches off the length and lightened all the layers, and flicked out what I used to flick under, and he created a lovely style for me. I am delighted with it. The service Mitchel gave me was first class.

Gerrie not only listens to what you want she also gives you advice and the end result is always perfect!she is one of the nicest friendliest person ever ! She is definitely a colour expert.

The salon fitted my daughter in at short notice for a cut and finish. Mitchell did a great job! Would highly recommend him and any of the NJUK staff to do a brilliant job and make you feel at ease.

Absolutely wonderful service and advice from several stylists , totally transformed my hair. Roni and Emma were absolutely fantastic in taking their time in a consultation with me about what they were going to do to correct the colour. All staff are extremely friendly and polite. The end result is amazing and I will definitely be returning to the salon in future. Thank you Roni you are an amazing stylist xx

Really lovely salon. All staff friendly and welcoming. Mitchell did a great job of my hair and was friendly to talk to. Loved that although there are a multitude of products available for purchase I didn’t feel pressured to buy any. In fact he didn’t mention they were for sale, which I love as have been many places before where they push to buy the extras. A little bit pricy but as I don’t have my hair done very often it’s worth it. Already booked to come back. Thank you!

Chelsea helped me achieve a bouncy blowdry that I’ve never had done before and I’m so happy with it! She also gave me great tips for hair care.

Always come away from my appointments happy, relaxed and feeling pampered, everyone is so lovely, talented and personable. Mitchell did my blowdry for the first time and I was so happy with it!

I had a really lovely time at the salon today, it was actually my first time as a newbie but I was immediately put at ease. The salon had a great atmosphere and Gemma was super throughout, she listened carefully and carried out what I would like and advised me on colour options which I’ve booked to have done in a few weeks. Roni has been doing my hair for a few years now, and I love it more and more everytime. My highlights and toner still look amazing after 12 weeks - i couldn’t recommend her enough!
