Colleen is absolutely amazing every single time. She really listens to what I need and tailors each massage to focus on the areas that are bothering me, especially my shoulders and back and I always leave feeling so much better.

The room is so cosy, calm and relaxing, and she instantly makes you feel completely at ease. Her whole energy is just so calming and comforting, which makes the whole experience even better. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough 🤍

Absolutely over the moon with my hair. Was nervous to have extension removed but I honestly could not be happier with how it looks. Danielle did such a amazing job as always and Mel also. Can’t thank you guys enough!!

I brought my daughter to have her hair cut, she had damaged her hair with the curling iron, she didn’t want to loose her length. Melissa was great, she had a good look at her hair and recommended what was best to do with it. My daughter was very happy as she could keep most of the length. She left with healthier looking hair and was very pleased with the service. Melissa did a great job with my daughters hair

He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and was really patient and understanding throughout my appointment. He helped make an experience that I normally find very difficult feel so much easier. After a recent trip to another salon, £140 down and 1 complete bodge job later, my daughters hair was a mess. She wouldn't wear it down and was embarrassed about it. Fast forward one week and Mitch completely rescued my daughters hair. The colour is beautiful. My daughter loves it and couldn't wait to show it off. Thank you Mitch, we will definitely be rebooking to maintain such beautiful hair.

Haven't been to a hairdressers for years... Been cutting my own ends with kitchen scissors, so was a bit apprehensive going in today. I knew it needed doing, but felt like being brave and having a change in style too... Chloe was awesome. We discussed, and laughed and chatted through the whole thing, and she made me feel really comfortable, and I'm super happy with the result. Will be back for a trim to avoid needing another 4 inches off LOL!

Great cut as usual. I think it would be helpful to have a list of prices I never know how much it’s going to cost. I’d be able to budget better if I knew for example the price difference between a wet cut and a cut and blow dry etc. I know I could ask but I do feel embarrassed asking. Other than that everything was good.

I visited the salon today just for a patch test and all staff was so lovely, Freya was so helpful and nice. I felt so comfortable.

After nearly 7 years of trying to find a hairdresser (after the retirement of my long standing hairdresser) that can really layer hair, I've found Alex! She did an amazing job, exactly what I wanted, I am so pleased to have found her. The salon felt very professional, the only drawback is the pricing. Very expensive for a small town hairdressers.
