I always look forward to my appointment with Gemma, she’s always bubbly, she’s a fab stylist and always makes a super job of my hair. Can’t recommend her enough!

As always a very good service from Gemma with every attention to detail. All staff are really helpful and kind and work as a team to make my visit the best it can be!

I had an appointment with Carla for my eyebrows being tidied, she was warm, genuine and put me at ease. I have social anxiety, and struggle in certain situations, but Carla was very warm and welcoming.

Wow, my mum had cut my hair to Bob length, it kinked out everywhere but it should. I booked into see Gemma to sort it n omg she made an amazing transformation…I love it and booked in again

A number of girls participated in doing my hair today and each and every one did an amazing job and they was all professional I will definitely go back to them

I don't have Gemma as my stylist, but my goodness how lovely it was to see/hear Gemma at work today, so much so that I had to write a review about her.

A young lady with a autism(?) was in the salon the same time as me, and from the moment the young lady arrived, Gemma was so attentive and patient with her. You could see and hear how comfortable the lady was with Gemma. Gemma's kindness and empathy were evident in every interaction, It was clear she had a genuine connection with the young lady and was interested in what she was saying - she didn't just "oh and ah" her way through the conversation like I've seen so many people do in other places before.

You could tell from the young ladies body language that Gemma made the experience enjoyable for her and made sure NJUK was a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Gemma's understanding towards the lady was exceptional.

Gemma is a credit to the salon and a shining example of how to make a difference in someone's life.

Brought my very shy daughter in for her first leg wax today. Carla was absolutely brilliant with her, very chatty and put her completely at ease.

Gorgeous salon, friendly staff and amazing service, they were brilliant with her. Also booked in my hair, patch test done there and then, everything explained and spoken through. Can’t wait to return for my colour :)

As always Eden was professional and friendly. My cut was executed well.

Gemma has been a great support as I grew out my short layers to a long bob.

Stylist was lovely however the cut was awful, my babies hair has been butchered! It's not even blended, I'm aware he's a baby but he barely moved the whole time. Just feel very disappointed as I was recommended the salon by other patients.

Jane was really lovely , did a great job of cutting and styling the hair on my sun burnt and flat back pan head x

Lara always makes me feel welcome, she is polite and gives advice when choosing colours or designs for my nails. All around generally a lovely person x

I normally have my colours applied by either Gerri or Roni and these girls never fail to disappoint, each time I gi my expectations are always exceeded. Such wonderful girls and they are amazing at what they do. Friendly, relaxed. Ive been going to NJUK for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thankyou for always making me feel amazing girls xx
