I always enjoy my visit to NJUK. It is rare that I find a salon that I feel at ease in...but here the staff are all friendly and helpful not to mention really good at what they do!!

Carly is a very professional, lash technician, as I found out, never had it done she explained throughout, I looked and felt. Great . Can’t keep away now must been 5 times each time , best results .Thanks carly as her table also feel like therapy . For me 😂😂

Jemma did an amazing job, she listen, and went throw everything, from start to finish . I recommend this salon for many reasons, 1st being they listen and look after the clients , and they make sure your happy, and if it can’t be done , they will be honest and stir you in the right style or colour . Really happy with my restyle at NJUK. Jane seemed to know exactly what I wanted without me having to explain much, and the result was even better than I expected as my hair can be difficult to manage. Jane was friendly and easy to talk to throughout. Great experience overall.

My hair always looks really nice when I have a cut and blow at the salon. Everyone is very welcoming and professional.

Carla is a great lash Technician and I wouldn't go to anyone else for my eyebrows tint and wax or eye lash lift and tint, I always rely on Carla she is so gentle and I get there on time and we can always hold a conversation and chat whilst she is doing my brows I love my eyebrows and lashes everytime I go.

The staff are always lovely and attentive, any questions answered personally to you and your hair needs. Always leave happy

Emma spent time listening to my ideas and talk me through different styling options. I was going very short at the side so before we coloured my hair she cut the sides shorter so I could get used to it slowly!

Very professional, friendly and welcoming salon.I felt like I was really taken care of and listened to.First time I went today, will definitely be returning.

Eden always gives amazing advice and won't let me rush into rash decisions when I say I want a short bob again, when I've moaned about getting past the horrible in-between stage. I always come out feeling totally pampered and relaxed. My daughter also books with Eden after I referred her and said how amazing she is. All stylists in the salon are so friendly and I would highly recommend, Tracy the receptionist is also super friendly.

Came in today with years of box bye on my hair and a picture of where I wanted it to be (blonde). She explained everything in detail what she was going to do. She worked her magic and my hair looks amazing. Lovely polite friendly person. Will definitely be back for her to do the next stage in the process.

Prompt service, listened to my thoughts on style and advised very well and professionally. Even let me have a crocodile clip to help me when I style my hair. I have now purchased some. Took time to style according to my needs and the thickness of my hair. Jane realised I was ready for a rest and brought me a cup of tea. Thank you!

Nikki is amazing!! She always leaves my hair looking it’s absolute best.
