A number of girls participated in doing my hair today and each and every one did an amazing job and they was all professional I will definitely go back to them

I don't have Gemma as my stylist, but my goodness how lovely it was to see/hear Gemma at work today, so much so that I had to write a review about her.

A young lady with a autism(?) was in the salon the same time as me, and from the moment the young lady arrived, Gemma was so attentive and patient with her. You could see and hear how comfortable the lady was with Gemma. Gemma's kindness and empathy were evident in every interaction, It was clear she had a genuine connection with the young lady and was interested in what she was saying - she didn't just "oh and ah" her way through the conversation like I've seen so many people do in other places before.

You could tell from the young ladies body language that Gemma made the experience enjoyable for her and made sure NJUK was a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Gemma's understanding towards the lady was exceptional.

Gemma is a credit to the salon and a shining example of how to make a difference in someone's life.

Brought my very shy daughter in for her first leg wax today. Carla was absolutely brilliant with her, very chatty and put her completely at ease.

Gorgeous salon, friendly staff and amazing service, they were brilliant with her. Also booked in my hair, patch test done there and then, everything explained and spoken through. Can’t wait to return for my colour :)

As always Eden was professional and friendly. My cut was executed well.

Gemma has been a great support as I grew out my short layers to a long bob.

Stylist was lovely however the cut was awful, my babies hair has been butchered! It's not even blended, I'm aware he's a baby but he barely moved the whole time. Just feel very disappointed as I was recommended the salon by other patients.

Jane was really lovely , did a great job of cutting and styling the hair on my sun burnt and flat back pan head x

Lara always makes me feel welcome, she is polite and gives advice when choosing colours or designs for my nails. All around generally a lovely person x

So so pleased with my hair colour I showed Emma a picture of the colours I wanted and oh boy she really delivered the results .

My daughter had her hair washed, curled and partially pin up (no cut). The curls dropped low quickly and a lot of the pins were visible and the wrong colour. As a parent I was shocked re the price of £85 for this service.

Adore Chelsea she shows confidence that she understands your needs, Iam never disappointed but I cam honestly say that about everyone there

Gemma is a brilliant hair dresser. She is very confident at what she does and she always makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease. Appointments aren’t rushed at all and she always has a smile on her face. I feel very lucky to have found her. The salon itself is beautiful. I would recommend it to everyone.
