Really pleased with my haircut today the stylist cut ‘my’ hair really looking at how my curls fall, where my straight bits are. Proof I like it I’ve not scraped it back in a ponytail today

Arrived at 15:55 for a 4 o'clock appointment. Taken through into salon, sat and no one came. Receptionist said the reason I was waiting was because I had arrived early. This wasn't the case, my appointment was at 4pm not 4:15 as she said. Appointment card and the reminder text both said 4pm. Gemma arrived at 4:35 and appologised.

Been coming for about 5 years now and Laura always does a fantastic job. I do think management should place a notice at reception when there is to be a price increase !!
Another enjoyable visit to the salon. Gemma is always very socialble and makes my regular visits pleasurable. Her skills in cutting and colouring hair is fantastic and I am always happy to make my hair appointments with her. Brilliant service which I will continue to use in the future.

Great service I’m so happy with my hair! Mitchell cut and coloured my hair exactly how I wanted it! Also it’s half term so has to go to my appointment with my 5 year old, the team were very accommodating and made me feel relaxed and even gave her a treat at the end!
