Always have a great experience at the salon. Roni is always on time for my appointment & takes time & care to ensure the style, colour, cut & finish are always as I have asked for, and offers advice along the way. The products used are all high quality & the salon itself is lovely. Been going for over a year now & everyone seems to walk out with fabulous hair!

This was my third time having my hair done by Chelsea. The hair looks fab as it has each time and she is so lovely and puts me at ease over the covid issue which I struggle with. The guy that washed my hair too really lovely and great customer service by all! The salon is lovely and the massaging chair gets a 10/10 it’s a treat to get my hair done.

A very positive overall experience. The massage chair is soothing and when coupled with a mini head massage, adds to the whole feeling of well-being.

So nice to go into the salon and even though not been for a while, to be welcomed like an old friend. Staff know me so well that they can guide between my wild ideas of what I think I want and practicality, coming up with something I love. Cannot recommend highly enough great staff, great atmosphere and me feel extra special, thank you.

I have been using NJUK for a number of years and I am always impressed with the care and attention I always receive. Unfortunately, I’m not very good at deciding what I want doing but Nikki has always given me an honest opinion and lots of ideas and I have so much confidence in her skills and abilities I usually just let her decide but it has always been fabulous!!
