Great hair cut, from Chelsea and been going to NJUK for many years now it’s a lovely salon

My 4 weekly visit to Laura.. never come away disappointed always delighted.Excellent service..excellent chats and beautiful nails..Great value my nails last a month and are in the best condition they've ever been.

Really lovely salon. All staff friendly and welcoming. Mitchell did a great job of my hair and was friendly to talk to. Loved that although there are a multitude of products available for purchase I didn’t feel pressured to buy any. In fact he didn’t mention they were for sale, which I love as have been many places before where they push to buy the extras. A little bit pricy but as I don’t have my hair done very often it’s worth it. Already booked to come back. Thank you!

Chelsea helped me achieve a bouncy blowdry that I’ve never had done before and I’m so happy with it! She also gave me great tips for hair care.

Always come away from my appointments happy, relaxed and feeling pampered, everyone is so lovely, talented and personable. Mitchell did my blowdry for the first time and I was so happy with it!

I had a really lovely time at the salon today, it was actually my first time as a newbie but I was immediately put at ease. The salon had a great atmosphere and Gemma was super throughout, she listened carefully and carried out what I would like and advised me on colour options which I’ve booked to have done in a few weeks. So pleased with the result I have to say…thanks very much Gemma!

Roni has been doing my hair for a few years now, and I love it more and more everytime. My highlights and toner still look amazing after 12 weeks - i couldn’t recommend her enough!

I couldn’t recommend Carla enough, not only is she the best at what she does, and I mean the most incredible lashes and brows every time! It’s such a serene place and I always feel so safe in her hands! Just 10/10 every time! X

My young daughter really dislikes her long hair and has wanted to have it cut shorter for a long time but struggles sometimes with going to the hair dresser. We saw Gemma today and she was amazing with my daughter. Gemma gave great advice on what kind of short style would be best. The style Gemma created is just gorgeous and really suits my girl. I'd like to say a big thank you to Gemma for her patience and the lovely job she did with my daughter's hair, I really appreciate it!

Visited salon, process started 48hrs prior with a patch test as it had been over the salons guidelines for regular patch testing.
Advised what to look for if reaction and how to respond accordingly.
Discussed what had happened- home box dye wasn't the colour anticipated.
Gemma discussed and asked were /what wanted to achieve, then told me what was achievable due to darkness of the applied box dye.
Attended for appointment, talked through again expectations /unpredictability/ what I wanted.
She listen and evaluated at each step, and we reached what I wanted.

NjUK is leagues ahead of any other salon around. I drive for 40 mins to get my hair done by Gerri and she never disappoints. She knows her profession thoroughly and I trust her ideas and style.
