I wasnt kept waiting, lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed a chat with Jane who cut my hair just as i wanted. I was offered hot/cold drinks. I love my new hairstyle and made sure i booked my next visit before i left.

Had an amazing hair stylist Emma , who knows exactly my wants and needs , when it comes down to my hair.

Emma is very knowledgeable about colour and extensions and blends the colours perfectly with your own hair.

I have been going to NJUK for over a year now. They have the loveliest staff who are all so talented and always know what to do, no matter what I ask for. Always such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot recommend them enough!

Melissa listened to what I wanted and went through what she thought would be best to do given my hair history. She made sure I was happy with the plan and kept checking each step with me. Melissa has honestly achieved a miracle and I love my new cut and colour. My hair feels and looks amazing. Today I showed Chloe the style I wanted and se delivered. Chloe made me feel very comfortable, we chatted and had a laugh. Chloe was very professional. I will be using Chloe again and I highly recommend her. Thank you Chloe, I love my hair.

It’s always tricky trying to find a new hairdresser when you have been with someone for a long time. I thought I’d give this one a go as it had good reviews. It didn’t start well as my appointment was st 2.00 but I was kept waiting until 2.30. No introduction by the stylist or sorry I’m a bit delayed whilst I was waiting, despite the fact I was sat right behind her. I’m not quite sure she really understood how my hair was or what I wanted from it as well so I’ve ended up with quite an inconsistent cut. Even when she blow dried it it wasn’t sitting right. My daughter actually did better during Covid! So I might try somewhere else next time.
However, as I say, I’m changing hairdressers as mine has retired so that’s always difficult when you’ve been used to someone and they are used to your hair. The other cuts seemed to be good, so it might just have been a bad day for me.

Maisie is always amazing. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I love my hair when she’s finished working her magic.
