My first time visiting on Thursday, I can honestly say it was the complete experience. Nikki was thorough and honest when helping me decide about my colour and put me right at ease with her lovely manner.

Carla is so fun, bubbly and takes such good care of me and my brows! I look forward to the appointment where I can wind back, relax and have a good catch up with her. Even my little girl loves to join in on the conversation! I always leave feeling amazing and i don’t think I’ll trust anyone with my brows again!

Never had a bad experience with Carla. She is chatty, professional and always makes you feel welcome and comfortable in her room. I am fussy when it comes to my brows but she does them perfectly everytime 👌🏼

I have had my lashes done twice now with Carla and plan to keep on going back to her for all my lash needs. On my first appointment she made me feel so comfortable and is always so chatty which makes the appointment fly by with lots of laughs. I showed her my inspo pics and she did an amazing job at capturing the look I was going for whist making it her own. I am so impressed with how my lashes have lasted and the quality is definitely 10/10. I would 100% recommend Carla to anyone wanting to get their lashes done. Such an enjoyable experience and environment!!

I have been going to NJUK for 5 years and have always had the same stylist. Today, Emma took me under her wing and she could not have been more welcoming, more lovely or more knowledgable. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, everyone will know that you form a bond with a hairdresser over the years, but Emma set me so at ease and did such a fantastic job that my fears were completely needless. They make me feel feminine and you don't even know they're there until someone compliments you on what beautiful eyes you have. I'm so glad I decided to try eyelash extensions because it is for certain I will never want to be without them ever. I've been coming to Emma at NJUK for a few years now and I've always left with exactly what I asked for.

The salon itself is beautiful and luxurious, it feels like you're waited on hand and foot and the entire process just feels so enjoyable.

I drive a 350 mile round trip from Berkshire to get my hair done here which I think says it all, I've always left feeling amazing and get compliments on my hair colours all the time as well as how long and healthy my hair is!

I'd always recommend NJUK to anyone, no matter how far away they live.
