I booked cut and finish service and I was very pleased with the results. My stylist understood completely what I wanted to achieve and she made my hair look healthy and beautiful again.

Had a fully body massage today with Colleen I was in pain from fibromyalgia when I went in and after an hour felt a lot of relief Thankyou I will be re booking

I had a great facial with Carla. She is really friendly and the whole experience was relaxing!

It was my first time having my hair done at NJUK today.
I came in to have my nano hair extensions put in.
Also had a cut as well once they were in to shape my hair.
I am extremely Happy with the results 😊 Melissa was a lovely girl and did an amazing job with my hair. I will definitely be returning!
The salon is chic and stylish and all the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Also got a lovely cappuccino and biscuits a lovely touch, which was very nice 😊

Every stylist has been absolutely lovely, really thourough consultation and always gives me what I asked for! The massage chairs are my favourite part! They always take my jacket and offer me and even my parents/boyfriend a drink!! Amazing service all around!!!

As soon as I walked into the salon I was made welcome by the friendly staff.
It was a relaxed and comfortable environment.
My hairdresser was attentive, professional and delivered exactly what I wanted.

Chloe was amazing today for my cut and finish! Explained to her what I was wanting and she exceeded all of my expectations. Such a lovely friendly girl, advised me on colour and even did me a patch test there and then! She was incredible, I will definitely be back.

Today was the first day I’ve left the salon disappointed not with my hair cut but with the service. I appreciate you have a busy salon my stylist today left to take a lengthy telephone call (which I believe was a complaint) and was called upon several times which required her leaving me to look at colours for a junior stylist and giving them advice on how to apply it etc. . It just made me feel a little bit invisible and irritated. I did get an apology - I expect to leave the salon feeling good and not feeling that I didn’t get the service I deserved. A

As always, my appointment with Alex was lovely. Alex is always happy and cheerful and professional. Alex makes you feel at home and always listens when you are explaining what you want for a cut.
I absolutely love Alex new salon, the salon staff are very friendly and cheerful.

I wasnt kept waiting, lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed a chat with Jane who cut my hair just as i wanted. I was offered hot/cold drinks. I love my new hairstyle and made sure i booked my next visit before i left.

Emma is very knowledgeable about colour and extensions and blends the colours perfectly with your own hair.
