OMG, I walked into the salon at 4pm last night with a concave bob which was about an inch long at the back, and walked out at 7pm with 18 inch long, beautiful, luscious hair. Colour matched perfectly to my hair and looking fabulous. I can’t believe it, the team there are absolutely amazing. It’s no wonder they are award winners. Thank you so much ladies, you’ve taken years off me and I feel fantastic. I would advise anyone, no matter how long or short your hair is, go for it. With a team like they have at NJUK you can’t loose. Amazing job, thank you so so so much xxxxx

I wasn't happy with my haircut today. I wanted it layering down to lift the weight up to get the thickness and bounce back higher up and the back length straitening up.
But it was cut all very blunt and thick around the bottom and too short and not layered properly.
Gemma did my hair for about 10 years here before she left and have been a regular customer with no complaints.

Lovely hair stylist, very friendly conversations. My hair looks nice, I do think though that the price for a dry cut at £35.00 is becoming expensive.

2nd time here today, both times made to feel very welcome, I was very nervous i hate sitting in front of mirrors as hair is coming back after chemo and confidence is at zero, i was shaking and very nervous, but all girls friendly, told Chloe on 1st visit what I was aiming for, she listened, advised and made a brilliant job, went for a blow dry and straighten today and very pleased. Brilliant place, glad I had courage to go in and make 1st appointment. Have 2 more apts booked, thank you.

I’ve always thought about trying NJUK and at last made my appointment for a colour after having a consultation which was not rushed !
Salon very friendly, lovely surroundings, very clean and instantly I felt relaxed … lovely coffee and free I might add which I was offered throughout!
I had my hair cut and coloured and finished with a toner and styled. Staff are professional and standards are high but you are made to feel welcome.
I was impressed that I had the same stylist throughout who explained every step of the way and the result was lovely and exactly as I asked …
A lovely afternoon great coffee , service and felt pampered as ladies like to be .

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted hello and by name , had best hair wash not only had hair done got massage, as well as the chair . It was ace these lady’s all are worth every penny , they make me feel great and look great . Love you all beautiful girls

I'm always happy with my visit to NJUK. There's always a friendly atmosphere. My hairwash on the last occasion was particularly good, very relaxing and destressing.

Jamie always does a fantastic job every time I go, shes always friendly and gives me excellent hair advice. Always leave smiling from the great service.
