Isobel guided the apprentice Lydia through my cut & colour. Isobel was patient, respectful & full of encouragement which was wonderful. I was thrilled with the colour, cut & blowdry/curl. I felt all my wishes had been well considered.

As always Sadie was welcoming and professional- I can't fault her. What I can find fault with is the ill conceived special offer for new customers. Why are you offering a 20% discount to them when, as far as I'm aware, there is nothing to thank your loyal, existing clients. Anyone can take advantage of this 'offer' as a one off then you may never see them again while long standing customers are left feeling under valued and being charged full price. Not a clever move Keith Hall.
