After having blonde highlights for a while now I decided I wanted a change. Rachel was great with her advice on copper colours so took the plunge and I am so happy with the result.

I was embarrassingly late for my appointment but Steph was brilliant - very flexible in cutting another clients hair in my slot so she could carry out my appointment in full - so grateful I didn’t lose the appointment - thx Steph!

Amy has been my stylist since I first started going to Jo and Cass. She’s always so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling wonderful. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my hair.

The lady was so nice and welcoming but I forgot her name. She gave me great advice on colours etc. Fantastic hairdresser overall I love my hair. Thank you.

Honestly such a great experience, friendly staff and stylist. And my hair feels and looks amazing!

Amy was great at advising me about my cut and how to look after my hair and took she time to do a good cut and make sure it was right and I liked it.

As usual excellent service from Nicola kindly comes in extra early every time I have hair done .

After my last Gent's Cut and Finish from Lou, I thought it would be impossible to improve on perfection...but I was wrong! The excellence of my haircut and beard trim is such that it has knocked 20 years off my appearance. So much so that my partner says I could easily pass for mid-60s.

A very good experience, listened to what I wanted and takes me through each stage expertly. At the finish Steph asks me if I want to run my hands through my hair so I can feel if it was, as I had requested. It is, I have my bounce, movement and lightness back in my hair. Thank you Steph

Always have a great experience from the young girls who wash your hair to Amy and her scissors. Nothing us too much trouble. Everyone polite and welcoming. Even the Christmas Tree was festive and decorated well.

Steph always so friendly (as are all the staff). She listens and advises him and I always leave with a great haircut. I love my visits.

Went into the salon with a tricky request as my hair was not in a good way. Evie worked her magic, as always, and made my hair look amazing and feel so much healthier. She also recommended products to help my hair recover from bleaching. Super friendly and helpful through out my experience.
