Another brilliant cut colour and blow dry!! So pleased with the result yesterday. The head massage was fabulous and the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Lauren you did a great job ?

Not my usual stylist I was asked how I wanted my haircut. Steph checked my colour and cut my hair to the length I wanted.
Amelia is a very considerate person and explained the different treatments available.

I went in wanting a bit of a summer boost and evie new exactly what to do with my hair and colour and it looked even better then I imagined it would. Absolutely fab ?

It's always nerve wracking when you're going for a big change but Amy pulled it off better than I could have imagined. She talked me through style options when I wasn't fully certain and I left with one of the best haircuts I've ever had!

First time appointment here as recently moved into Kendal temporarily. Steph took great care of me throughout the appointment, talked about style and cut and did a fantastic job. So happy with my new cut which has been very easy to manage since. Have already made another appointment!

Decided on the spur of the minute to go a shade lighter to make the most of my post holiday lightened hair & Lauren advised some fine highlights throughout to blend the dark under layers. The result is a gorgeous caramel colour broken up with golden highlights and I love it! Fantastic job Lauren!!

I was a little hesitant to have a relatively new stylist but I was greatly impressed. My usual ladies were off yesterday but Evie did a fabulous job and lovely to chat too x

Evie has done my hair three times now and I have been delighted with the colour and cut, just as I have when Amy and Jade have done my hair. Evie is very precise and always takes her time and asks exactly what I want, offers advice and checks if I am happy at the end. I always feel at ease at J&C and enjoy my couple of hours of relaxation! Thank you

The before and after of my hair was unbelievable. I previously had some tough colours on there like red, black, purple ect. And I wasn’t expecting much result, but oh my god it looks incredible. The music was absolutely class, the vibe and atmosphere was good aswell. Definitely returning☺️☺️

I had a lovely relaxing experience at Jo and Cass on my last visit. Georgia had great knowledge about the different treatments available and what would work best on my hair. She always friendly and chatty and cuts my hair as I like it. The atmosphere was very chilled and they offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. I enjoy my visits to the salon and find it relaxing especially when I book my appointment after a busy day at work

Steph is great she always listens to what I would like to achieve and manages to sort me out!

I am really happy with the cut and colour that I had today. My. hair is fine and uninteresting but Georgia always manages to make it look good. She is lovely and really listens to what you require, taking care and paying attention to detail. I am very happy that Georgia is my hairdresser and enjoy my visits to Jo and Cass.

I always look forward to going to have my regular hair appointment, Amy is an amazing Hairdresser, I would not like to have anyone else, she is always conscientious, helpful, offers advice and which products are best for my hair, in a word she is wonderful.

Love my visits here. Nicola is just great and takes time to discuss colour and any issues and make sure I’m happy. She is also friendly and easy to chat to and all of the other staff are v nice too

The whole experience was lovely. Evie took on board what I wanted in the consultation and was very thorough with making sure I was happy with what was happening throughout the service.
