I love coming to Jo and Cass . It’s just a really nice experience from start to finish. All the girls are lovely and there’s a great atmosphere. Nicola has been doing my hair for a long time and always does a fantastic job with cut and colour and brightens my day as well as my hair!

Jade as usual was excellent. Used for a cut for a few years now and decided to get highlights after some deliberation, couldn’t be happier with the results!

TJ did a great job and I’m really pleased with the result! The colours are nice and vibrant.

Lauren listened to everything I wanted and came up with good solutions to make it possible. She took her time and added to that was so lovely. I love the end result too! Very happy! Thank you so much Lauren, I’ll see you again soon x

I booked in for a complete change to my hair. From long to short and a new colour. Evie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable from the start of the appointment. She recommended lifting some of my colour to create a brighter look. She made sure she had enough time to complete our plan. Evie was so lovely to speak to and I felt very at ease and able to ask any questions.
I will definitely be back again ?

Excellent service jo & cass

This was my first visit to the salon and jade put me at ease immediately, she listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions of her own which I was more than happy to go along with.
During my visit I also overheard some consultations from other stylists advising reasons why some colours could not should not be done in one sitting and how it would be a process, I found this very reassuring as some salons would just take your money but this salon and it’s staff genuinely care about their clients, I will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.
One other thing, I highly recommend getting a head massage while having your hair washed.

Always a treat to be pampered at J&C Kendal. Lovely surroundings, warm, friendly and attentive staff, plus great banter from Lou who also provides a very sensual head massage and a very sharp haircut

My hair was quite dry on the ends after an overdue trim and a hot summer. Nicola did a great job of trimming off the ends to give a more blunt cut with much thicker ends. Really delighted with the result. I always love catching up with Nicola too. A visit to the salon is always a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Lauren has been cutting my hair for years. She knows how I like it and styles accordingly. She is always kind, cheery and polite and I hope she will be cutting my hair for many more years to come!

Welcoming receptionist, nice atmosphere. The whole hair washing experience was very relaxing and the coffee delicious. Stylist friendly and listened carefully. Very happy with results.
