Professional friendly and was happy to listen to my thoughts on the cut.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and she took my drink order straight away. Evie introduced herself and was very chatty and easy to get along with. She listened carefully when I explained what I wanted and even offered her advice and suggested ideas for face shaping and hair length. She was very complimentary of the quality of my natural hair which was sweet and I really appreciated. I had a lovely hairwash and head massage whilst sitting in their massaging chairs. Evie was thorough but quick with my haircut which I thought was impressive. We chatted the whole time. I told her what I didn’t want doing to my hair when it came to styling (heat tools & hairspray) which she acknowledged and chose a less intense technique. The result of my haircut was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I very very enjoyable experience! I will be back!

Salon staff look after you and are welcoming . Lily did the hair washing and head massage and was great at chatting ! Steph is a great stylist and very warm and friendly . Hair cutting and styling is always perfect !

I thoroughly recommend my hairdresser Amy at Jo & Cass Kendal. Amy is the only hairdresser to cut my hair since moving to Cumbria over three years ago. Amy has a beautiful nature and her cutting & colouring skills are outstanding - beyond her years. Her consistency & professionalism is impressive. It also helps that she works at a superbly managed salon, with a super receptionist Holly. The salon experience often includes a glass of Prosecco.. not just at Christmas! Feeling thankful!

Super nice, friendly Stylist and great trim today. She takes time to explain what she recommends is best for my hair type with regards to reducing thickness and smoothing product's.
We discussed different ideas and options for my next colour appointment.
She doesn't mind if l sometimes have a wet or dry cut only. This is a great option.

The staff were extremely kind the moment I walked in. I was offered a drink and despite arriving 10 minutes early, I was guided to my seat and didn’t need to wait at all. Nicola was exceptional. She offered me a hair mask treatment and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and styled without me having to say much. I love getting my hair washed on a chair that reclined and gave me a massage. I would definitely go here again.

Absolutely amazing I’m so happy with my hair. TJ gave me advice on my layers which was brilliant she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that and I’ve never been happier with my hair. I will definitely be back. The services she offered were amazing and I felt very comfortable. All in all it was the best experience I’ve had at a hair dressers. Thank you TJ!

Having a blow dry between cuts and colour is a rare treat for me. Amy was warm, friendly and made sure that I enjoyed the whole experience. Checking that I was able to drink my coffee - getting me a refill in case it had gone cold, and then the blow dry itself was amazing. Value for money with expectation-surpassing customer service! My appointment was for a cut and highlights with Mel and TJ.
At the beginning of the appointment both ladies came to discuss my requirements. I felt I needed to change something about my existing colour but didn't know what. They listened to what I was saying and I felt they totally understood what I was aiming for (even though I'm rubbish at explaining ?) and then advised me of options to achieve the desired result. They kept a close eye on the colour during the process so I felt in safe hands. All the staff are really friendly and I was offered drinks several times during my visit. I was really pleased with the end result...the colour was spot on and the cut was perfect. Thank you girls- you did a great job!

Always lovely and polite, i took my daughter for a dry cut. Always offer beverages and they always do an amazing job. We won't go anywhere else
