My first visit and I couldn’t be happier. Amy was lovely. She listened carefully to me and understood what I was hoping for. I’m so pleased with my hair and have already booked for 6 weeks time. The salon has a real buzz and everyone there was so friendly. I LOVED it!!

I had a great experience at Jo & Cass in Kendal! Amy was great, very good and experienced, attentive professional. I could not get an appointment with my usual hairdresser and decided to go to Jo & Cass. I was not disappointed at all! Amy listened to me very carefully about my usual hairstyle and then discussed with me every step of the cut. Her work turned out to be just perfect, exactly what I wanted and she also did something special for my curls styling too. I will come back to Amy for another haircut. Thank you!

From the moment Amy introduced herself, I knew I was going to get a great haircut. She looked through the photos I'd saved of hairstyles I liked, and asked what I liked about each one - I felt like she really listened to what I wanted. She asked the junior stylist to wash my hair with products that benefited my hair type. The cut was great and I love my new style, thank you Amy!

Evie did a brilliant job of cutting and styling my hair
I asked for the stylist just to tidy up my hair as I’m growing it and to trim around my ears. I came out with my hair really short as she said it looked like two different styles - I hadn’t realised that neatening it up would mean it was so short. My hair will very soon need trimming around the ears again

Amy was absolutely brilliant in consultation before the colour change and filled me with confidence about the new look and options that would work best for my hair type.
I really felt that Amy wanted to get the colour and style right for me and she did.
Amy has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and has been consistently great with blonde highlights. However, having experienced the passion and dedication Amy showed to make a complete change to my hair after 10 years of the same style, I only wish I’d asked for her ideas to create a new look sooner!
